britboy
For my self I'm 18 years late on this subject......I have heard a lot of people talk a load of Onions about hair loss on the internet.....Ok, I have read that rubbing an onion on your head held brings forth growth due to the sulfur in the onion. Whats the take on it? If wearing a hat may help you go bald what about rubbing an onion on your head 2-3 times a day, surely rubbing an onion on your scalp would help remove what little hair you may and wear it have away ! ? Does the friction destroy the hair at the scalp? Maybe we could have some discussion on this load of old Onions topic:-)
Senior Member Spanker Posted September 19, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted September 19, 2013 Unless you are ripping the hair out, it will not cause hair loss. Hats do not hair loss. If they did, every baseball player in the major leagues would be bald as well as American football players, soldiers, police officers, construction workers, and anyone else who wears a hat during most of their profession. Also, rubbing an onion on your head will not work. It is all about genes and dht. Senior Member scar5 Posted September 20, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted September 20, 2013 Vigurpusly rubbing your hair often at the scalp inflames the roots and it can trigger a kind of shock loss. You can break hairs too. Don't do it.
Senior Member hairthere Posted September 20, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted September 20, 2013 However, women are attracted to the scent of onion, so maybe just rub a little on your neck. It's science. I am the owner/operator of AHEAD INK a Scalp Micropigmentation Company in Fort Lee, New Jersey. www.aheadink.com
