Regular Member sufferer Posted July 18, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted July 18, 2013 Hi, First of all thanks to the creator of this site. Let me begin: I've undergone 2 strip procedures by a sh*t doctor... anyways being a norwood 2/3, i just need some to work on the hairline which is not very natural... a few people have noticed something "funny" in the right light. I'm interested in Dr Umar's procedure (feu/fue... something like that), mainly because i've got a lot of body hair. If what his site claims is true then i can cover up my strip scar aswell using BHT (body hair transplant). Are there any of Dr Umar's patients who are proud of their results and would like to show me? I am in South Africa. (Also would like to hear from unhappy patients?) Also any other doctors that have a similar methodology that you can recommend? I'm looking worldwide hey... South African doctor's don't seem to know what they are doing. Also heard from my dermatologist there are some very good doctor's in India, and price wise much better than americans. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks for reading, I hope this hair nightmare is over for all of us soon.

Regular Member bobbyboy Posted July 18, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted July 18, 2013 i have a consultation with the Bosely group in phila. Any comments?
Senior Member GreatPelo Posted July 18, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted July 18, 2013 Bobbyboy, There are numerous options for you to choose from. I would select a private hair specialist that has a great deal of experience, great results and strong involvement in the industry...such as President of this or Chairman of that...shows respect and stability from being chosen to these positions by their colleagues. Best of luck!!
Senior Member Shampoo Posted July 18, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted July 18, 2013 i have a consultation with the Bosely group in phila. Any comments? After your Bosley consult I would encourage you to see some of the doctors approved by this site. You are fairly close to some of the best doctors in the world. Bosley probably has some decent doctors, but they also have a reputation of not being one of the top choices. Don't be afraid to travel because you will have to live with the results the rest of your life. Interviews with our recommended hair transplant physicians Dr. Dow Stough - 1000 Grafts - 1996 Dr. Jerry Wong - 4352 Grafts - August 2012 Dr. Jerry Wong - 2708 Grafts - May 2016 Remember a hair transplant turns back the clock, but it doesn't stop the clock. Senior Member Spanker Posted July 19, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted July 19, 2013 While body hair CAN be used for hair lines, and I have seen in done successfully and naturally a few times, if you have any hair left in your donor, I would suggest using that first. I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians. Regular Member whoknows01 Posted July 19, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted July 19, 2013 i have a consultation with the Bosely group in phila. Any comments? I live near Philly too, there are some very good docs to consult with, just need to be willing to drive 2 or 2 and a half hours. Don't go to bosely, consult with dr Lindsey in Virginia, dr feller in ny, and true Dorian in ny just to name a few.
