Regular Member Genetics323 Posted April 26, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted April 26, 2013 It's been one week since my procedure with Dr. Rahal. Recovery is coming right along. I'm taking it easy for one more week, to make sure I don't disturb my beautiful grafts. Almost all of the swelling has subsided from the recipient area, and I can move my forehead again. Anxiously awaiting the ugly duckling period. The only sad thing is that the weather in LA is gorgeous and I can't go out in the sun for 3 months. Oh well... My Hair Blog Link 3015 FUE hairline restoration - Dr. Rahal April 18, 2013 660 1 unit grafts 1125 2 unit grafts 1027 3 unit grafts 203 4 unit grafts 6803 Total Hair Count

Regular Member Genetics323 Posted April 27, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 27, 2013 Looks great. Did Dr Rahal use the robot? No, Rahal didn't use the Artas robot, although he has it. The robot is actually much slower at harvesting than a skilled hand...would have taken 2 days to harvest the same 3000 grafts. He used motorized FUE technique instead. Regular Member Genetics323 Posted April 27, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 27, 2013 Good luck your work looks great. 3 months out of the sun is a small pittance to pay for a great result!! Not complaining, I totally agree. Even waiting a year for the result is a small pittance compared to the two decades I've lived under a cap My Hair Blog Link 3015 FUE hairline restoration - Dr. Rahal April 18, 2013 660 1 unit grafts 1125 2 unit grafts 1027 3 unit grafts 203 4 unit grafts 6803 Total Hair Count

Senior Member PupDaddy Posted April 28, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted April 28, 2013 Congrats on your FUE with Dr. Rahal! The work looks beautiful, as does your donor area. Wishing you 100% yield! Quick question: Did Dr. Rahal do all the punching of those 3015 grafts?
