Regular Member escar Posted March 31, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted March 31, 2013 Hello everybody, As I mentioned in previous threads I was recently undergoing my own SMP procedure at HIS HAIR CLINIC in Marbella, Spain. For those who dont know my case here you can see a summary of all the procedures that I had by chronological order. As you can see in the photos it was a long trip since my first procedure with a butcher in Spain, I had suffered a lot through the whole experience nonetheless I was blessed with the opportunity to recover a normal appearance and with this recent procedure of SMP I think that I can be more than satisfied of where I am nowadays. BEFORE TO BUZZ THE HEAD BUZZED FOR THE SMP I'm a hair transplant consultant since 2004 and I have been a patient few times, if you need assistance I'm here to help. Regular Member escar Posted April 8, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 8, 2013 Thank you future Doc! By the way, I'm seeing that the link with my previous 4 HT procedures were deleted, not sure if this goes against the rules to put a link to another forum, anyway, I think that it was relevant to see where I come from. Thanks. I'm a hair transplant consultant since 2004 and I have been a patient few times, if you need assistance I'm here to help. Regular Member fixstrip Posted April 10, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted April 10, 2013 Looks really good. To me it doesn't look like your situation was all that bad to begin with compared to many others I have seen. consider yourself blessed. Looks great I am in a similar situation and having temp SMP done in about a month. I hope for similar results.

Regular Member fixstrip Posted April 10, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted April 10, 2013 Thanks I need it. This journey has been nothing short of a nightmare for me. I just hope that this is a turn for the best. Did they treat your scar the first session and then finish it a month or so later? I am told that this is what the facility that is doing my SMP will be doing?

Regular Member escar Posted April 10, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 10, 2013 u had a great head of hair, why did you decide to do this? First of all to conceal the strip scar and the white dots from FUE and secondly to add some illusion of density in the top in some areas. Regular Member escar Posted April 20, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 20, 2013 (edited) Hello to everybody, Below you can examine some photos taken 3 weeks after my last session. 3 weeks postop The scar is still a damn beast, but is much better than before the treatment and infinitely better than what the first "surgeon" produced in my first procedure Here a close-up view. GNX1
im not quite sure why you did SMP. you have a full head of hair. but, I will say it does look fuller so the more the merrier I guess. but once ur hair grows out you wont see anything including ur strip scar. I guess if u want to shave ur head then I can see why you did it but that kinda defeats the whole purpose of having a HT but two each his own. looks great tho. good for u. Hello, The reasons for me to do the micro were for one side to try to conceal better the strip scar, I'm always loved to wear my hair very short specially on sides but now I have to keep my hair longer in order to cover the scar. I would like to cut my hair shorter and then the scar its a problem. For other side the white dots left after 3 FUE procedures were noticeable too with shorter hair so here I have to say that the micro works very well, it has visually repaired my donor which was plenty of white dots. Another objective was to make my result on top more homogeneous, again with shorter hair the aspect on top was not the best and there were few areas that the density was not enough to cut your hair shorter, even with longer hair sometimes the light was reflecting in my scalp on those points and for me it was uncomfortable. Regarding my situation before the procedures it was not a big deal but I had a butchering strip procedure in first place and then I was forced to have three subsequent repairs, the micropigmentation it's a part of this repair. Here you can examine my case: 1st procedure 2003 Immediately after: 6 months after: 10 months: 1 year after: 2nd. procedure 2004: In this clinic from Greece that cannot be mentioned here, the doctors were Zontos and Bisanga During: Immediately after: 10 months after: 12 meses despu?s: 3rd. procedure 2006: -Carried out by Dr Bisanga in Brussels, the objectives were to reinforce the frontal area and repair the strip scar. The result on the front were bad, the result on the scar were ok. Photos: -Revision of the scar: -5 days: -FUE, 2.000 grafts: 4 procedure 2009: Performed in HDC clinic in Cyprus, n? of grafts were 2.350 FUE. -Result of the previous procedure with Bisanga and design proposed by HDC During 1st day: 2nd day: Donor: 50 grafts Body Hair: I'm a hair transplant consultant since 2004 and I have been a patient few times, if you need assistance I'm here to help. GNX1
wow u wernt kiddn they did butcher ur scalp the first go around. thank god there are are skilled doctors like Bisanga to repair others who should not be working on live stock let alone human beings..... well, ur end result is truly miraculous and u look like a completely different person. WTF was that original doctor thinkn? he gives new meaning to bad plugs! and chit, its not like it was performed in the early to mid 90's. it was 2003! scary! how many legs grafts were taken and where were they placed exactly? to be honest with you I would not even think ur current scar was from a HT and I would not even look twice at that and I am pretty critical and speak whats on my mind and never sugar coat anything. I wud just assume u had a childhood accident or something due to how low is. it really is a non issue now that its repaired. from more then a couple feet away im sure its not even noticable. you literally have a full head of hair now and look amazing. congrats!
