Dr. Raymond Konior
This is a 45 year old male who requested density enhancement in his thinning frontal and crown regions. His donor hair demonstrated a very fine caliber and the donor region had limited elasticity. Based on the limitations of graft availability and on cosmetic priorities, it was decided that a higher density restoration would be planned for the frontal recessions in an attempt to best balance graft density with his preexisting higher density frontal tuft. The goal for the crown was to diminish the appearance of balding by creating a natural thinning appearance. A 3131 graft session was performed with 2131 grafts placed for a higher density frontal restoration and 1000 grafts placed for a homogeneous, lower density distribution in the crown. Senior Member Spanker Posted August 19, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted August 19, 2012 The cleanliness of that post op photo is very familiar. Nice work! Fine hair is hard to work with, even with good caliber hair that is an envious result considering some of that 3100 went to the crown as well. Keep it up Dr. K. Senior Member chrisdav Posted August 19, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted August 19, 2012 Good job doc, grafts have been used very well and big improvement. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
