Senior Member chrisdav Posted July 8, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted July 8, 2012 Excellent work doc. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
Senior Member Gandolf Posted July 8, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted July 8, 2012 That's a very significant improvement for only using 2900 grafts over such a large area, and it looks like his hair is quite fine. Good work!
Senior Member Davis91 Posted July 8, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted July 8, 2012 That is almost a natural transition back from the balding stage. Very natural return. Nice job.
Senior Member RCWest Posted July 8, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted July 8, 2012 This result is amazing! Did you also start him on Finasteride? 2900 grafts really covered his scalp extremely well. I don't think I've ever seen a result with this much coverage with that number of grafts. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? Senior Member Dr. Richard Keller Posted July 11, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 11, 2012 chrisdav, Gandolf, Davis91, Cartesian, Future_HT_Doc, jimmybald and Bucksred thank you for all of your positive comments. They are really appreciated. RCWest thank you. The patient is maintained on finasteride. The patient did not have the best hair characteristics, (very straight & fine hair), but it looks like he will have great results. He is looking forward to his 12 month post-op results.
