I believe most of the docs working there, do so with the intention of learning the ropes and opening their own practice. Some of the coalition docs started at chains. This particular doctor and his staff worked out the kinks. As he is talented, he will probably leave bosley soon and start his own practice, to be replaced by a med school graduate with hopes of making serious cash.
