blaze1984 Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012  I had a HT with Dr path 6 months ago and have went through all the early stages of recovery including shedding until recently i started seeing very good results that made me extremely excited, but a week ago, after I washed my hair several times with shampoo, I noticed my hair got thinner in the front and is still is thinning. I immediately emailed Dr Path and one of the nurses replied back saying that this can happen and that then lost hair will grow back 3-4 months later... What do think guys? Did any of you experienced this before? I'm starting to get really depressed!!!
Senior Member NEWHAIRPLEASE Posted March 27, 2012 Senior Member Posted March 27, 2012 Ive never heard of that...that would be tough to handle, just starting to see results and then BAM! I would just trust Dr Path...he is excellent!! Newhairplease!! Dr Rahal in January 19, 2012:) 4808 FUT grafts- 941 singles, 2809 doubles, 1031 triples, 27 quads My Hairloss Website
Senior Member Dutch Posted March 27, 2012 Senior Member Posted March 27, 2012 Don't be too alarmed, it may happen since its early on & some hair are falling as part of the dead skin attached to them maybe- that's what I had last week by maybe 20 hairs attached to dry skin. But if your case is a lot more grafts falling than that, consider using propecia if you're not using it & regaine. http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=2329

Senior Member aaron1234 Posted March 28, 2012 Senior Member Posted March 28, 2012 Do you know if it was native hair or transplanted hair? Either way, could be just a shed... blaze1984 Posted March 28, 2012 Author Posted March 28, 2012 How many times did you wash it? Well, I was present in the middle of a food fight so you can imagine how my hair would be afterwards. I had to wash my hair 4-5 times with a high quality shampoo to get all the grease out!! But I guess if this HT was done properly, this wouldn't be a no-no!
