Senior Member Carly Posted January 29, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted January 29, 2011 Patient came in with concerns of thinning in the frontal region and vertex. Dr. Friedman transplanted 1,100 single hairs in the anterior hair line bilaterally and in the anterior temple bilaterally. 1,632 follicular units transplanted bilaterally in the frontal region. Patient was very happy with the results and the naturalness of the hair. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted January 30, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted January 30, 2011 Carly, Thank you for sharing this case. The patient shows a definite improvement, and it's good to hear he's pleased with the results! Nicely done. Senior Member Spanker Posted January 31, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted January 31, 2011 It actually looks pretty sparse, do you have the density and how many months is this result? Bill - Seemiller
Carly, Thanks for posting. I happen to agree with Spanker that the above results look quite sparse. But I imagine this is due to the smaller number of follicular units placed over a larger balding area. Is there any reason why Dr. Friedman didn't perform a larger session? I look forward to your feedback, Bill
