Senior Member hairbank Posted February 21, 2006 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2006 I didn't have any of this with my first HT nor have I heard it being a common occurrence. As far along as you are I'd think your new hair would be coming in nicely by now. What is shedding, your native hair or transplanted hair? I'd recommend calling your surgeon to get his professional opinion. Regular Member laughter's medicine Posted February 21, 2006 Regular Member Share Posted February 21, 2006 Are you losing in the transplanted area(s)? Did you recently start Rogaine? Have you taken and compared pictures? Just curious. Smiling & laughing does wonders for the soul!

Regular Member Billydett Posted February 23, 2006 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 23, 2006 Yes, I am losing in the transplanted areas, but Im not sure is those are the hairs that were there before or the transplanted hairs. What can I do? Try a different shampoo? Im using Nizoral + Nioxin. Im not sure what is causing the shedding. What is it that I can do? I am using Rogaine on the crown for the last couple of months, and have been taking Propecia every 2-3 days as long as I remember. Does anyone have any suggestions?
