Thanks for the reply, Which shampoo do you use the other days that you don't use Nizoral? Do you use the Rogaine Foam and Minoxidil at night, in that area on the back of your head or do you use it all over? When I have used Rogaine or generic minoxidil in the past, it resulted in my hair getting thinner when I used it in the front of the scalp instead of the back part of the scalp that is recommended on the bottle. Hey folks, I was wondering if anyone can please give me the regimen that you are currently on. Such as do you use Propecia a day, Nioxin and Nizoral shampoos 5 days and 2 days a week respectively. Rogaine once a day? Or any other routine that you use? I am just wondering because I would like to build up a good routine also to maintain hair.

Blake, Thank you for the information. However, I actually put the wrong name in, I mentioned Nizoral in my post, but I what I actually meant was Nioxin. I currently use both NIoxin and Nizoral. Nioxin 5 days a week and Nizoral 2 days a week. Billy

I have not seen much of Nizoral lately. And it is not in the recommended products of the site. Why is this? Is it not as effective as say, Revita and Revivogen? Any opinions from people who have tried them? Billy

Hi all, I was wondering, does generic finasteride not as effective as Proecia or Proscar? What are your thoughts and experiences? I would really appreciate some advice on this, because I have been in an argument with a friend who is adamant that the generic version is just not the same or effective. Billy

Hi All, Im experiencing shock loss in the recipient area. I've been through this before though, this is my 2nd procedure. I was wondering if any of you have experienced this before? How can some people get it and some not? Btw, Im only 2 months post op, hopefully it'll start coming in at 4 months.

Hi Folks, I am 3 weeks post op, and was wondering if it would be ok to dye a small part of the hair. Im only trying to dye the sides of my hair in the front. Not the back side where the donor area is and not the recipient area also. Any thoughts?

My bad, the weblog is under Praing4hair. Don't get me wrong, I still think Dr. Shapiro is a fine HT doctor. I am just getting worried of the results. However, He will actually be in my area next month and we plan to meet so he can take a look at the results. Also, The pictures that I had put up are really scratchy though, because I didn't have a digital camera.

PS It was 2800 grafts. I had the ht on may 2nd 2008 with dr paul shapiro. I'll be seeing him ina month and he will look at the progress. In the front 2/3 of the hairline. It seems like I have less hair now then when I had the ht. The hairline is thinner now than what it was before.

Here is my web log take a look, the pictures are not so great, but i should be able to get some new ones shortly. The hairline just isnt there at all, there is growth, but it even seems like a big chunk of the transplanted hairs arent coming up especially in the hairline. B
