Proscar Question

Quick question, What is the best method to cut the Proscar into 1/4's any advice? Pill cutter.. any better methods? I tried a sharp sharp knife and it worked but it doesn't look even! Thanks Also any severe side affects with that dosage? I am 34 years old..

I use a pill cutter and it works well. I lay the piece horizontal and cut it in half in the middle, and then flip the cut piece 180 degrees and split it lengthwise. The pieces usually end up very close to even.

I use both a pill cutter and a sharp knife. I find the knife more accurate in terms of getting the pieces as even as possible. Pill cutter usually cuts unevenly or ends up crushing part of it. Maybe I need a better pill cutter but the knife does the trick!

Doesn't matter. If you have a propensity to side effects with 5mg....you'll have it with 1.25 mg or 1 mg

mmhce, are you saying fin is fin no matter how low the dosage?

 

I got sides, but was thinking about restarting on a much smaller dose, like cutting a proscar into 8ths. Is that not going to help?
