I would be very cautious of having surgery in 3rd world countries. Have you seen Jagdish's pictures? He had a HT in India. They put in mini grafts that were placed far apart and placed in a "stadium row" fashion. I would check the coalition surgeons.

Dr Humayun is good in Pakistan, I had HT with him in Jan 2009 with no problems!
