hi everyone as you all probably know i was butchered over a decade ago by the norton clinic and have been living a miserable life ever since but this has'nt stopped me posting regurlarly on all the major hairloss forums to try and prevent people making the same mistakes that i did ive always given my honest advice and have made some very good friends on these forums over the years. Recently though after going through a particularly low time feeling very down about my predicament some friends of mine decided to launch a program called help repair bullitnut. They tried very hard to raise the profile of this scheme and recieved donations from numerous people and a huge offer to repair my butchered head from SMG shapiro medical group who are co alition members on here. So i would just like to publicly say a huge thankyou to smg thanks guys youve made me a very happy guy i will post my results when the time comes and keep you all posted regards bullit

SMG is incredible. Very compassionate and giving from top to bottom

They have given me a new lease on life .

Janna is awesome as you know but wait until you meet doc and Matt . They are flawless themselves.

I saw your post and even told Janna in a email that its really nice what the guys over there were doing .

I had no idea SMG was going to be the ones to give you some peace in your life.

To any potential uk ht patient this guy is simply A MUST guy to talk to as he always offers caring compassionate UBIASED advice and his ht knowledge is superb cheers buddy. pgp sorry mate i posted this on two seperate sections and im so excited my heads all over the place i probably forgot to put my story on this one. Now if he can only promote his organization honestly without making ridiculous claims like he is the only one who prescreens hair transplant surgeons.

 

I suppose as much as he visits our site, he completely forgot that we have the most transparent recommendation process that holds surgeons publicly accountable on a patient driven hair restoration forum .

 

Nonetheless, I am very happy for YOU, because you deserve it.

 

I am certain that Dr. Shapiro and his dedicated staff took very good care of you.

I'm sorry, but the agenda driven comments need to be removed.

 

This thread is a celebration of Bullitnuts impending repair by the very generous Dr. Ron Shapiro.

 

I am very well aware of Pat and Spencer's fractious relationship, which has NO BEARING on this thread and therefore has NO PLACE.

 

Bullitt was simply giving credit to Spencer, which he rightly deserves for agreeing to pay for his plane flight.

 

The poster formerly known as Nervous Nelly has agreed to buy Bullitt and the staff's lunch during surgery and many others have chipped in with monetary gifts.

 

This type of thread hijacking needs to stop.

 

I will be 100% happy to remove my comments once the agenda driven comments are removed from this thread.

 

Then we can all simply enjoy the fact that a fellow brother who was butchered is getting the help he deserves.

You don't have to like my comment (which happens to be true) but you have no right to make demands.

 

I don't see you commenting to stop obvious "agenda driven posts" on another forum who has been slamming us for over a month. If you have such a high moral standard, then I suggest you be consistent in your beliefs.

 

And besides - why is it that you don't have anything constructive to contribute to this forum? You have an annoying habit of getting involved in forum politics and no longer contribute to educational posts.

 

I too celebrate bullitnut's repair, which I've made obvious in my last and other posts - but I am free to comment as I see fit.

 

If you don't like it, go and post somewhere else, bottom line. You clearly don't have anything constructive to contribute here.

My first post was not to take away from the celebration of your awesome repair however, since your last post was about how great and honest Spencer is, I felt I had to clarify this for the community.

As far as offering constructive help, I would be glad to do so---If you didn't post on almost every thread Bill--plus there are others who are doing a nice job as well.

 

The point is as one of the few remaining veterans on this community, I lend my voice where I believe it does the most good---like when Dr. Epstein was wrongly and improperly removed from the Coalition. Thankfully that situation was resolved.

 

You talk about politics? You can't even stop yourself--- your post about Spencer on this thread alone proves it.

 

ALL--remember I did not start this situation, nor do I welcome this. Bullitnut was simply trying to give credit where credit was due. Perhaps instead of slamming a competitor, HTN (please note the POLITICAL nature of that comment) could pony up some dough and lend a hand.

You have a very poor definition of a "veteran". It's not the number of posts that make a veteran, but the quality of the posts and advice given. There are a good number of veterans here very interested in helping others. Calling yourself "one of the only veterans left" is an insult to our members who dedicate a lot of their time helping others.

 

You have the right to express how you feel because we graciously allow you to post here. But coming here and demanding one of the administrators of this community to remove their post is inappropriate whether you agree with it or not. I don't have to defend my post or reasons to you. Last I checked, Pat and I run this community, not "the B Spot". And don't think for a minute that you can undermine our hard work on this and other forums and keep your posting privileges here.

 

You were once very constructive here and offered excellent feedback to balding men and women regularly visiting us. Now you'd rather only engage in politics and controversy. You have no idea the things that go on behind the scenes and often turn half-truths into absolute statements. You make judgements on these half-truths and mislead others with your rhetoric.

 

Though we are all thrilled that bullitnut appears to have had a ton of help on his repair, there are thouands of hair loss sufferers visiting our site daily, dozens of which are in need of repair that can't afford hair transplant surgery but want it. How can we financially contribute to one without contributing to all and be fair? You are clearly trying to make us look like we are selfish, when you have no idea where we spend our money, what we do to run this community, and what charities we regularly contribute to. Rest assured, we put a lot of money into doing what we can to get people the help they need.

 

My regular posting and helping balding men and women here has no relevance on your lack of educational contributions. It's funny how when I back off from regularly contributing, members start asking for my advice. But by posting, cynics like you accuse me of posting too much. But I've given up long ago trying to please everyone. I am here to help hair loss sufferers. What are you here for?
