This patient came to see me when he was 25-year-old and had a hair loss pattern similar to a class 3 on the Hamilton Norwood hair loss scale.  His goal was to rebuild his hairline and add density to the frontal 1/3-1/2 of his scalp. Taking his age and hair loss into consideration we came upon an agreement for what would suite his expectations. These are his results 15 months post-op and 6 years post-op.  Everything still looked excellent during his follow-up appointment at 6 years so additional work was not needed. The patient started Finasteride following his surgery and it has been working well well to halt further hair loss.  The patient is extremely happy with his results.
