Dr Feller, What was the final consensus of your staple cycling experiment?

Could any doctors please answer any of these questions. 1. Should trico even be used on people with prior stretched scars? 2. Can subcutaneous sutures do more harm then good as far as inflamation? 3.Are there signs that a patient has the possiblity of a wide scar BEFORE surgery? 4.Are staples better then sutures? 5.Are deep permanent sutures helpful.

Do a searsh for his name and youll see alot of pics from him . In the last year he has become one of my favorite surgeons . His is consistently knocking out tremendous results. If you live in Arizona you have a gem in your backyard

Its ok man I was just messing with you. Now that your pics show up ,there is a nice improvement with more to come .If I was you I would leave the hairline height alone and just thicken up everything. Go with as many graft as possible and maybe just sprinkle some in the back. Take care

Sorry that happened my friend. If its scar stretching there will be MINIMAL hairs growing back within the scarline,if any. I know this from expierence . Hopefully Konior is wrong and its shockloss or at least a combination. Did he warn you about the potential of this happening ,since he says your a tight guy. What he did is took a strip a little too wide to get you the grafts you need but due to your lack of laxity you got stretchback In my opinion thats just a bad judgement call,and its not your fault A revision will help alot if you just take out the scar next time and since it looks like you have alot of hair up there ,you may not need another procedure for quite awhile ,if ever. Im sure Dr Konior will revise it for free plus anytime theres a revision there will be some grafts ,so he will then be able to use them where needed . Good luck

Im so sorry you feel betrayed by Fargo. I dont know much about them,but for them not to at least offer you help is disappointing. Without pictures of the final result its hard for anyone to form an opinion. The scarline does look a little different ,but Im not so sure its out of the safe zone,and the width of it is normal in alot of cases. The good news is that you do have good donor hair and you came here and got Fellerized .Hes one of the best and wont bs you .

This is the same company thats makes keracyte that alot of people were putting on their heads with NO results

Glad to see they are going to take care of you. Only the top clinics will stand behind their Im a little confused though. Are you going to have a scar revision then later have another procedure,becuase if its only a procedure then there is no scar revision since the scar would be removed anyway.

Good point ,but Ill probably get a little heat for saying this, but I dont belive every doctor in this coalition are on the same level. Yes they are ALL good at what they do but there are a handful of doctors on here in my opinion that blow the bottom feeders away. The coalition is an allstar team of doctors but for every A-rod they are three David Ortiz and one Travis Hafner

If you are really happy with the results from the first doctor and he has a reputation of delivering superb all around results, I would be hesitant on going anywhere else. I do believe though that different doctors do have their strong points so depending on what your looking for in the second surgery I would still go back and RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEACH and look at all the photos possible to determine if a change would be beneficial.

If you are performing a 1000 fue session and lets say 400 or so ones are needed for the hairline, do you go for mainly the twos and threes from the donor and split these up. If thats the case does one 3 hair graft split up now count as 3 grafts, or still one?

It will all come together within 8 months .Alot of people have sides that lag, its normal
