I am serious. If it was not against the law, and I would not end up ruining the rest of my life, I would take that guy out (Bosley and Dr. Paul Straub). But, since it would screw up the rest of my life, I won't do it. So, to be Clear there is NO threat on Bosley's or Straub's life from me, Just wishfull thinking. And a prayer now-and-then, that they and their staff all suffer a slow disfiguring painfull death from aids and testicle cancer. You don't look like you needed a HT at all. Who did the work? I always find it very disconcerting when a Doctor does work on a guy who does not need it yet, but rather the doctor needs to fill a chair for the day. Empty chairs make NO MONEY! This sounds like what may have happened here.

There have been a couple for false advertising suits from states like California. In most cases by the time you realize you have been lied to and screwed by them it's to late to sue. I personally would shoot Bosley on site, and any of his employees, if I thought I could get away with it. I am really surprised one of his patience has not gone postal on him yet. He has destroyed thousands of lives over the years, and is still doing it. One of my personal goals in life is to get them and companies like them closed down in the next couple years.

I just read that page about the 3 types of grafts at Atlantis 2000 International. Hard to believe, but these guys sound worse then Bosley and MHR. Next thing they will probably offer is a "Jumbo Graft." That's where they use a sharpened cookie cutter to cut out the graft from the back of your head and then staple it in the top of your scalp with surgical staples. Run "Stillhere" run! Don't stop and look back!!

You are way to young to get a HT. Any doctor who would work on you at your age is unethical. If you think you look bad now, wait until you're 30 with a HT you got at 20. You need to wait at least until you're 27 for an HT. You need a chance for your balding to stabilize. Don't do it! Shave your head! Wait until you are in your late twenties! If you get a HT at your age with your current level of hairloss, chances are, by the time you are 25, you'll be hanging out in the men's wig forum for the rest of your life, wishing you didn't do it. Be carefull, the blood test thing is used by Bosley and other doctors as a tool to gain your confidence in them and get you involved with them. You now have a reason to call back, or have them call you.

You should add ripoff and worst decision of your entire life going there. Read this: From DateLine The TV Show The television show Dateline NBC aired a program titled: Splitting Hairs; undercover investigation of Bosley Medical Clinics. The report, which included interviews with former employees and patients, told about botched surgeries and broken promises. The lead reporter, Chris Hansen, said they were surprised at how many men felt ripped off and disfigured. An interview with former Bosley employee Joe Cox revealed that there was a big gap between what Bosley Medical sold and what it delivered: HANSEN: Did you ever see any patient come into Bosley and walk out looking like the brochure, like the advertisements we've seen? Mr. Cox: No. HANSEN: Never? Mr. Cox: Never. HANSEN: What does that tell you about the kind of work Bosley Medical does? Mr. Cox: It tells me that it's not a medical group, it's a sales group. P.S. I was personally lied to and ripped off by them and now know personally of hundreds of other individual who e-mail me. My guess is that after two years from letting their butchers work on them, 95% of all people regret it, if not higher. Sad part is I am not kidding or trying to exaggerate.

What is the Doctors name? If your story is true you can say his name. Under free speech your story would be characterized as speech in connection with a public issue, specifically as a result of this guys work, you have been driven into depression and god knows what. Our society has a right to know to protect itself.

Run don't walk from MHR. They are butchers like Bosley.com. Going to any doctor at MHR or Bosley will be the biggest mistake in your life. Read Mahair's post about his experience with MHR. The quote is "Bosley Medical Reports 94% Satisfaction with Hair Transplants." Is seems pretty blatant to me. It implies the results of thier work just like they want. And, the only thing close to 94% on the page is that their Salesmen (Consultants) were knowledgable. Which again has nothing to do with the statement above. Where does the 94% come from?

That being the case, the best Bosley could get is 70% satisfaction from his drugged up customers. What pisses me off is the quote about 94% of their patients being happy with their transplants. Their actual results where 70% according to their own information on the same page, yet they put this total false line on the top header so it would end up in the search engine results. People skimming their search results see it, and can believe it to be true. Total lying scum. This is FALSE advertising targeting the search engine summary data, nothing less!

I agree JCWhair. I want to add two things: 1. Don't even consider HT work until you are at least 28 and your hair-loss may have stabled. 2. Don't check out Bosley or MHR for any reason. Their sales people have no problem suckering a young lad like you into a life time of surgical procedures that will never give you want you want.

That's how I felt after my first surgery. The second surgery is when they start their games. The first is just to get a hook in you. On my second visit they started the "Oh My's". That's when Dr. Paul Staub, the unethical scum bag referred by this website for HT work, started pressuring me to get MPRs and more plugs, else I was doomed. All of sudden their was apparently a need for me to have 4 times as much work. It took me a year to realize I was f?cked in the ass and didn't know it. I hope it's different for you I do. So I wish you luck. But then again I don't. To be honest, if it does work for you I hope you deny it. You'll be an exception. If anyone reads your post, they may actually consider going to Bosley. In essense your success could be responsible for more people being taken in and butchered by Bosley. So personlly I hope it works for you, but generally I hope it fails and you tell everyone you know. Ideally I wish you never went there. P.S. Are you sure the patients you met really had surgery? And if so with Bosley? I believe it was last year or early this year, that a Bosley Consultant (Salesman) was caught showing a potential patient another guy who never had work done and worked as a salesman (Consultant) for another office. The story is on one of the "Close down Bosley websites" The guy never had any HT work done, they lied and said he did and used him as an example of their work. I believe this claim is from last year or early this year and the DA is still investigating it. Apparently the one sales guy was fired for not making quota, so he decided to rat them out.
