    Sean,

The best place to post a question for everyone to see and to elicit the most responses is our discussion forum. This can be found by clicking on "hair loss forum" or by visiting www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve. Then, select a forum category by scrolling down by clicking on the one that interests you. Then, click the "New Thread" button towards the top left hand side of the screen immediately above the forum topics.

    I hope this helps.

    Best wishes,

    YogeshRK,

Usernames are permanent once they are selected. Is there a particular reason why you want to change your name? Please email me at help@hairtransplantnetwork.com for more assistance.

  3.

    hairneed,

I was virtually bald and required a great number of grafts in order to restore the appearance of a full head of hair. Thus, I required multiple hair transplants. I was very satisfied with Dr. True however, given how much hair I needed to be transplanted in order to achieve my goals, I decided to go to Dr. Hasson for my last two procedures since he had a reputation for performing some of the largest sessions. Dr. True does excellent work and certainly has the capacity to do large hair transplant megasessions. I know that Dr. True would've been able to help me reach my goals. However, I wanted to meet my goals sooner and felt that Dr. Hasson could help me meet my goals faster.

In my opinion, I would certainly recommend Dr. True and feel that he is amongst the best of the best. Thus, if you are considering him, I wouldn't hesitate.

    Best wishes,

  4.

    Ks42,

Dr. Lorenzo was recommended by our community while he was working with the Farjo clinic. However, since he doesn't do any direct work with the forum, now that he is back in Spain, he chose not to continue his recommendation with us. That said, I feel confident in his ability to perform first-rate FUE.

As for "who is best", that's very subjective as all the surgeons you mentioned do excellent repair work. I suggest researching our hair restoration forum and consulting with each physician for more information about each surgeon. You can also view their recommendation profiles on the Hair Transplant Network.

    Best wishes,

  7. needhair99,

The best way to cultivate a response is to post your question on our hair loss forum at www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve. Sometimes members don't see a particular topic and simply replying to your own topic asking for a response typically generates responses. That being said, all of the physicians you mentioned in your topic are first-rate and have excellent reviews. I suggest using the "search" feature of our forum to see what other members are saying about each physician.

    Best wishes,

    Bill

  13. Steini,

All posts are approved automatically unless they contain one of the very few trigger words that we don't host discussions about. Currently, there are no posts/topics waiting in the moderation queue for approval. Thus, I suspect you may have experienced a technical problem when trying to post on our forum. I recommend trying to create your topic/post again.

  19. MadMod,

By default, private messaging is disabled for new members until a moderator can confirm they're not spammers. We've had problems in the past with new members mass mailing and spamming all of our members. I just checked and you are now able to send private messages.

Sorry for the inconvenience and I look forward to your involvement on our community.

  22. Oze22,

I've been in touch with Dr. Madhu regarding your recent hair transplant. Having seen photos of your scalp before and 8 months after surgery, I disagree with your assessment that you've had no growth. Photos at 8.5 months show a clear improvement in density and you still have another 4 months or so to see some new growth and thickening.

Please do understand that 2200 grafts over such a large bald area will not provide you with a full head of hair, even with the remaining natural hair you have. Frankly, it would take much closer to 6000 grafts to provide you with the kind of density that most people want which is why most patients with significant hair loss typically require more than one procedure to meet their goals. I trust this was discussed before your procedure.

Furthermore, your natural hair on top is prone to the possibility of future hair loss and it's possible that you've lost more natural hair since your hair transplant procedure.

I encourage you to contact Dr. Madhu to discuss your concerns. Dr. Madhu is a stand up surgeon and I trust he'll do all that he can to help you meet your long term goals.

    Best wishes,

  24. Jim,

Welcome to our forum and social community. Having met Dr. Devroye in person and seen dozens of examples of his results, I have full confidence in his ability to produce world renowned results on par with leading surgeons in North America. In my opinion, he's definitely worth considering. To learn more about Dr. Devroye and how to contact him, visit Dr. Devroye's recommendation profile.
