Oze22,
I've been in touch with Dr. Madhu regarding your recent hair transplant. Having seen photos of your scalp before and 8 months after surgery, I disagree with your assessment that you've had no growth. Photos at 8.5 months show a clear improvement in density and you still have another 4 months or so to see some new growth and thickening.
Please do understand that 2200 grafts over such a large bald area will not provide you with a full head of hair, even with the remaining natural hair you have. Frankly, it would take much closer to 6000 grafts to provide you with the kind of density that most people want which is why most patients with significant hair loss typically require more than one procedure to meet their goals. I trust this was discussed before your procedure.
Furthermore, your natural hair on top is prone to the possibility of future hair loss and it's possible that you've lost more natural hair since your hair transplant procedure.
I encourage you to contact Dr. Madhu to discuss your concerns. Dr. Madhu is a stand up surgeon and I trust he'll do all that he can to help you meet your long term goals.
Best wishes,
