  1. Hi Paris... I can only speak from my personal experience. I had 2 surgeries from the Seager Center, both performed by Dr. Simmons. In both cases, I took 10 days off and when I returned to work, no one could tell I had a hair transplant. No redness, no shock loss, no pimples and most of all no embarrassment or explanations. I did not have to have my head shaved and I got 3200 band 2500 grafts respectively in the 1st and 2nd surgeries.
  2. I had two surgeries from Dr. Simmonds of the Seager Centre. Both produceed incredible results and neither time did I have to have my head shaved or hair cut for the surgery. I too used what hair I had left as coverage while the transplanted hair grew in and no one was the wiser.
  3. Hi Blue Ninja. Like Spoon, I went to the Seager Center and received a fantastic result from Dr. Simmonds. That is what the Center is known for - personal attention that produces the best results for the individual based on your hair tyoe etc. Thye are professional artists when it comes to hair restoration. All the best.

  5. I echo Bill comments with respect to Dr. Seager and Dr. Simmons on the Seager Center in Toronto.
  6. Hi LUke 1. I am not a student of HT but I would think that total graft count is not the only issue to consider. I believe one also needs to look at total hair count per graft, quality of workmanship, aristic placement of grafts, post surgery recovery and most importantly the lasting, full and natural results that are realized. I had two mega sessions with the Seager Center with 3200 and 2500 grafts respectively. Both were all day procedures with an expert staff and doctor providing optimum effort, quality and procedure and resulting in utterly incredible results. You owe it to yourself to check out the Seager Center in Toronto as a viable option.

  9. I too, have had 2 surgeries with the Seager Center. The results for both were fantastic - 3000 the first time and 2500 for the second session for the crown area. My pictures can be seen along with my story on my web site if anyone is interested. I am not a HT specialist re: research or knowledge. I am just a thoroughly 100% satisfied customer and highly recommend the medical and artistic skills of the doctors and staff at the Seager Center. tisbn
  10. I had 2 hair transplants that were performed by Dr Simmons of the Seager Hair Tranplant Center. As you can see from the results, both Dr. Seager and Dr. Simmons are not only excellent hair transpant surgeons, but artistic craftsmen as well with respect to creating a full and natural look - specific to the patient. I would enthusiastically encourage you to get a transplant by either of these experts in their field. All the best. www.hairandconfidencerestored.com

  12. I appreciate the retraction and apology from havhairnow concerning the Seager Center. Everyone makes mistakes in error and/or judgement but it takes courage and integrity to admit it - especially in a public forum like this. Havhairnow - you have my respect sir.
  13. I do not understand the comment from havhairnow regarding a nurse at the Seager Center. What is implied here? I experienced nothing buy satisfactory hair restoration results and the doctors and staff at the Seager Center displayed th utmost integrity at all times in both their business practice and in their patient care.
  14. I am no expert but I have had 2 mega sessions with the Seager Center in Toronto. I think the first thing is to make sure your doctor specializes in mega sessions and 2nd that he/she has had extensive experience with satisifed customers and great results. The Seager Center certainly fits all this criteria. My web sit and pictures tell the story of the great job done by the Center. I couldn't be happpier. www.geocities.com/gdohair
  15. Hi Donna. I am very surprised to hear that you were not treated with the utmost courtesy in your phone conversation with the Seager Centre. As a former patient, I can honestly advise that I experienced nothing but genuine concern, patience, support and assistance from the folks at the Seager Centre - while I was inquiring, during the procedure stages and during the recovery period. Dr. Seager, Dr. Simmons and the entire staff always had time for my questions and concerns and demonstrated a very helpful and friendly attitude towards me at all times. I would suggest that if you want the very best results possible that you please contact the office of the Seager Centre again and make an appointment to visit the Doctors and staff in person. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. All the best.
  16. When I had my surgery performed via the Seager Centre, I was advised that I did not have to cut my hair. My hair is about 2 inches long. The extra length, along with advice to continue with the Rogain that I had been using, resulted in absolutely no shock loss that I or my wife could detect. All the best.
  17. You may want to consider Doctors Seager and Simmons from the Seager Hair Transplant Centre. They did an excellent of hair transplant for me and I was balding at the time and not yet completely bald on top. That was 18 months ago and the result looks as great now as it did when it was first fully grown in.
  18. Hi. Personally speaking, I was fortunate enough to both have enough coverage and to get a great result from the Seager Hair Centre. They were excellent at transplanting hair into my thinning scalp. I took a few weeks off for the surgery and when I returned to work, not one person could tell that I had anything done. The hair started to grow uniformly and I shaved off my goattee at the same time. Not one person noticed a thing and the only comments that I received were that I was growing my hair longer and that I had shaved my beard, which I had for over 20 years. For the folks that had not seen me for some time, while they knew my hair looked fuller and longer, not one person mentioned hair transplantation as a possibility for the present great look. The result is so natural that, even when others stare and look (and some will) that they cannot detect anything but a very natural hair line that appears completely surgery-free. The only ones that know about my surgery to date, are my wife and children who have been completely supportive of me throughout the research stage, decision making, surgery and growth process. Thank God for supportive family.
