    I like the hairline design and your temple points also. You've gone to an excellent surgeon. I also started oral minoxidil after my procedure and even after 7 weeks use, have noticed my native hair becoming thicker. Gross, but I've literally cut my nose hair three times in the past 3 weeks, something as a blonde iv haven't had to deal with. I see you're from the UK also, did you buy your minoxidil from Oxford pharmacy?

    There are quite a few multis at the hairline however you've achieved excellent growth for 4 months and the shape of your hairline looks good. Are you happy with how things are developing?

    I completely agree with your statement here. I'm also 7 weeks and have completely embraced the ugly duckling stage. I'm not even conscious of it and like you said, nobody else cares either. In the next few months this will look fantastic im sure.

    The above would be a sensible approach. With a few irregularities I think this would end up looking good. Like you've already pointed, the V shape is too pronounced and i think it looks unnatural in its current state.

    This is mental. you must be so pleased. Could you provide a picture of your donor please? From the side shot photo, it appears your donor looks better than before the surgery.

    If Pittella pulls this off and achieves an outcome that gives the illusion of a full head of hair, he would achieve wizardry status and would give hope to thousands of blokes with a similar situation of poor donor and a large area to cover. Despite potentially risking his reputation, not that one procedure could define his reputation, I think its exciting for the hair transplant industry that him and maybe a two other surgeons, are willing to push the parameters of what is / isn't possible.

    Excellent result and a very natural, dense looking hairline. I wish my wife didn't like living in a house so much as i would have sold it to pay Dr. Ahmad to restore my hairline.

    No reputable surgeon would look at this and be satisfied with their work. What should have been a fairly straight forward procedure, lacks density and the angle of the grafts, is something you’d expect from a hairmill. I’d call the clinic out on here and tag them if, especially if they are recommended. You’d soon see a shift in not taking you seriously. I think you’ve documented your journey well throughout and your initial concerns at the beginning have transpired to be correct. I hope you get this resolved
