  1. good comparison melvin. at what point did your hair greed kick in for wanting more? 😂
  2. thanks chuck! thanks, definitely enjoying it this summer! thanks t dog thank you! will post another update in a couple months
  3. honestly the redness was showing through for me up until month 6. its just now really starting to fade, so be patient! your body has to heal thousands of little wounds, and everyone's skin reacts differently.
  4. about 7 months. both pics taken out of shower fairly wet hair pushing it up
  5. Appreciate your thoughts! In my pics, I just brushed my hair straight up to give the best view of the results. I'll post a picture of how I style/wear it. I do think it goes well with how I style it because that corner gets slightly covered.
  6. I haven't brought it up. Unfortunately, too late and nothing can really be done about it now right?
  7. Month 5. Hoping for more density to come, can still see through a fair bit.
  8. excited to see how this repair goes. how many grafts? did you lower the hairline about half an inch in the front or are those grafts just overlapping with what you had done last time?
  9. Dr. Kostis played a large role in my procedure. Feel free to ask any questions.
  10. from results ive seen posted on here kostis seems pretty great!
  11. Just hit the 4 month mark. Starting to see some growth. Still fairly thin and can see some scalp/redness poking through, but seems like we're on the right track. The line that I mentioned early on is definitely still prevalent. Bit of a bummer but shouldn't be too noticeable when everything is grown in and brushed. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts!
  12. just chiming in to say i feel the same way you do. my right side feels like it slopes down and cuts off my temple point as well. i always had more of a widows peak in my hairline and wish it ended up that way after surgery. that said, we are both in the early stages. and from an outsider point of view, i think your work looks great. just have to keep chuggin along until we have some actual hair to judge! chin up man, you're lookin good.
  13. Hey ya'll two months in. Still ugly, still a duckling. All random pains or discomforts are completely gone by now and all feeling is back in the recipient area. Nothing much else to report other than still living in my hat haha.
