I have been trying to get in communication with him but never really got any reply either both whatsapp and email. I have two questions from you and I hope you could help me with these questions. 1. How did you get a consultation with him? 2. You mentioned above that you wanted 6k grafts on your front and mid scalp but he preferred for it to be homogeneous, how did he divide the 6k grafts? Did he put 2k in front, 2k in mid scalp and 2k in crown? I appreciate your reply.

All I see are those he posted in youtube and I bet those are filtered as the best among the rest video outcomes. Which website can we see real and actual pictures of patients outcome by dr. Yaman? If you are going to be in Istanbul anyway, I would think its a good thing that Dr. Yaman can see you personally to check the quality of your hair. If he has seen your pictures in whatsapp and adviced for a HT then maybe in his professional judgement he thinks youre a candidate for HT. It might change when he actually sees your hair. I wouldn't think that he would still go through with the procedure if he sees your hair and thinks that you are not a candidate for HT, at least ethically wise. I observed in your pictures that you have the same hair with @Timothy, maybe he can give you his two cents on your situation since he just had his procedure with Dr. Yaman last september.

Yes they are one of the best recommended here in this forum and I can see why based on the results Ive seen here. Just trying to widen my search for the best one to handle high norwood cases. I know Dr. Zarev is the best in high NW where his post op barely has any bleeding at all and the results are impeccable in just few months but he's like a unicorn... a myth...

Thats great to hear. Your result is fantastic man despite not being on fin or min meds. I am currently looking around for the best doctor for high norwood and I think we have the same pattern before you had HT. I am not a fan of taking any meds. Considering you didnt take any meds, did you take any natural supplements, vitamins or any products?

Hi guys, I recently just bumped into this forum which I think is very helpful for people who are looking into HT. I recently just got interested in HT when I saw some results in the net and youtube. I have already messaged a lot of clinics/doctors in whatsapp and three of them said that I am not a candidate due to my poor donor area. Do you guys have any recommendations for doctors who are the best in high norwood cases? I would really appreciate the input of the people who had experiences on this kind of situation. Thanks for the information @therambler, How does the payment work? You mentioned 2.95 per graft and you had the graft total of 3252. Correct me if Im wrong but they wont know until they see you and perform the surgery on you on how many grafts they will totally get from your donor site right? So you really dont have any idea how much you will be paying until the procedure is done it that how it works?

Tim, Did Dr. Yaman discuss with you the hairline? I've read somewhere that a good hairline would be in a zigzag shape. Did he mention that he does that kind of method (zigzag)? I have been watching a lot of his youtube videos and I think that the hair in the hairline of the patients he is showing has some noticeable gaps in between which will let someone know you had a transplant.

Hermest hair just bluntly said I’m not a candidate. Esthetic hair on the other hand said that they will only do DHI and that only the doctors do the Implantation using Choi pens. That got me interested when they said the doctors are the one who will do the implants. Dr. Resul Yaman has multiple videos of results in YouTube but I don’t know if it’s only me but it seems like the hairline is kinda unnatural, like gaps in between hair which seems like what the above post said “pluggy doll hairs”. Any body can comment on Dr. Yamans hairline work?
