You mention finasteride like youre strongly urging me to use it. To emphasis again, I cannot take any meds due to a pre-existing medical condition. I'll be seeing Couto. But I did read that no matter how good a doctor is, shock loss may still occur. Skillful doctors don't guarantee against shock loss. Again, this is based on what I've read. Let me know what you think.

Hi guys. So I'm hotly debating whether to get a transplant or not. In the 1st pic, I'm able to style my hair and it doesnt look like I need a transplant. In the 2nd pic, when I push my hair back, theres areas of hair loss. Fyi, I recruit some hairs from the side to loop it over on the front at add volume. My great concern is the transplant not working out and causing permanent shock loss to the area of hair that gives me my hairstyle. This is whats making me hesitant about getting one. Let me know what you think.. thanks guys.

Hi gatsby.. appreciate your feedback. Do you think flying back home 6 days postop is a good amount of time for the safety of a transplant? I want to be able to get it to heal enough for the flight back home. But I dont want to stay too long because I dont want to get my boss upset for lost days at work.

Hi Guys. I'm American and will travel to Europe next month for a procedure. I have 2 questions... 1) I can't stay in Europe too long cuz of my job in USA. That being the case, I'm worried my transplant will mess up if I fly back home too early post-op. I was thinking of flying back 4 days after surgery. Will my transplant be ok if I do that? 2) Whats the best way to avoid foreign fees when buying food and stuff overseas?

Hi guys, Before surgery, a doctor injects some liquid into your scalp presumably to numb it. Since I have a pre-existing medical condition, do you know if a doctor can dilute it or use an alternative solution that doesnt give less or no side effects?

To be perfectly honest, the front scalp looks very good! Theres no question theres more hair than you had preop. Its been 5 months so far. Just give it a month or 2 and you'll see a better change. But it still looks good. Wish I can see it styled though. You got to stop freaking out man. Youre making me nervous. Youre fine! I will look into these and thanks dude.

He just explained that the hairs don't break through the surface of the skin (scalp). He was using that statement as a metaphor.

Hi there everyone. I'm scheduled for a ht next month for 3000 grafts for 3 days. That is, 1000 grafts/day for 3 consecutive days. Two days after my 3rd and last surgery, the clinic suggests a wash. A day after the wash, is it ok to fly back home? I cant stay any longer cuz I dont want to get in trouble at work.

Hi there... your statement is confusing. What exactly do you mean by, "break through the surface of the scalp." Are you saying that transplanted hairs are "trapped" under the skin and will eventually break threw it?
