  1. isnt verteporfin super sensitive to light? im not 100% sure if diy test will be succesful anyways it will be way more interesting if verteporfin can give repetetive good results with fue and if then the market will catch up
  2. i feel like ferudini uses more grafts compared to @DrMunibAhmad even if you take haircharacteristics into account fuegenix hairlines not only look natural but also dont use much grafts, compared to other clinics.
  3. in switzerland the absolute top hairclinics are hattingen and heitmann dont look anywhere else
  4. cant he use beard grafts from below the jawline + bodyhair such as chest or arm? i remember dr bisanga had a patient from malta where they worked with a lot if hair from that region if im not mistaken @Raphael84 might be worth to consult with dr bisanga
  5. it might be worth mentioning that all lf these people have still intact lateral humps. once these are gone the look could be noticeable different.
  6. monitor this result https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/72142-dr-pitella-impossible-hair-transplant/
  7. maybe id wait a year to see if verteporfin turns out well
  8. thanks for sharing as you know, crown take up to 12-16 months for full result. i dont think everything is lost yet

  10. you have a good summary here tbh https://verteporfin.org/latest-update/
  11. never heard of elite hair. be careful - with no meds and advanced hairloss you have no room for error. choosing surgeons for price is an extra bad idea then
  12. i see so many thread with „how many grafts do i need“ or „surgeon y suggested xxx grafts while surgeon z suggested xyx grafts, who is right?“ so in that regard it would be definitely helpful
  13. does it work with iphone though? i think pittella used a different device in his videos tbh
  14. i think pittella would be a good adress for you, he doesnt prescribe finasteride for example
  15. looks you will end up norwood 6/7 and will lose the hairs on top eventually with relatively high sides but a crown that dips deep so you should pick a surgeon which is specialised on high norwoods such as pittella or eugenix
  16. the donor isnt dht immune but resistent and even though some transplant can thin out with time, especially without medication, most of the transplanted hair will stay. so no, we wouldnt need dht blocker anyways
  17. i think hdc in cyprus would be a good option for you @Doron Harati eugenix would be an option too and this could be interesting for you too or if you have 50k to spend then dr.zarev or or pittella
  18. zarev and pittella use like over 10k grafts on a norwood 6 patients. for the number of grafts i think its a decent result and given the age of patient probably something that made the patient happy. second round would probably possible but mabye the patient doesnt even want that
  19. the video was interesting, thank you i agree with some others, that op seem very neurotic and hence might be not a good candidate for that reason alone getting a hairtransplant is understanding that it wont be perfect especially as time continues. with age every donor thins, even in men who dont really suffer from mpb. and once senile alopecia hits even women go bald to a certain degree. but if you worry how your hair looks with 83 then ht isnt the best decision. however would be interested in the microscopic images
  20. there should be a new criteria for those super advanced stages of baldness. we get more and more into territory where you can get quiet good coverage for these typical norwood 6/7 end norwood stage that many men reach (zarev, eugenix, pittella) but those super advanced stages like captain picard its still really difficult even with bodyhair hence i like the system of pittella that goes up to norwood 9/10 and also takes headsize and shape into account super impressive result from eugenix again, by the way
