    So, that little went into the temple? Is the cut-off to the corner? Do temples usually look ok w/ such a small number of grafts?

    I'm surprised there isn't a hairline type of online program available whereby you can input a pic of your face and then add in certain inputs such as density, temple points and CM's, etc... to get a rough draft of what you would look like. Or draw with your mouse/pointer and then have an option to smooth it out. Would be a nice predictive feature so we can play with hairlines before talking to the doctor.

    His temples went pretty far up, so I wouldn’t call it “minor”. Think the number of grafts was appropriate

    Ya; results look great! I was just curious as my case is almost identical to yours. My current hairline/temples and even slight thinning on top front is very similar to your (pre-op), so, I'm following your case closely and just wanted to imagine how the graft breakdown would work for me. Your result has convinced me to at least get a consult with Ferreira.

    I'm really disheartened to read what transpired during the follow up call. I was very much rooting for Hasson to redeem himself and make this situation right, but, he failed bigly. This is coming from someone who got an HT 15yrs ago from Hasson and was considering going back, but, after reading this thread I don't see how I can. OP has been much more patient and docile than I ever would have been in this situation.

    The crazy thing is that he had a chance to clean this up and totally blew it! 0 for 2! I would be livid.

    Kinda annoying that you finally get a face to face with him and he doesn’t have the chart to discuss details on all your concerns. So, what’s the point of the call? He’s supposed to clean up a little after you last left the clinic and he forgets the chart? i would be pretty frustrated.

    I like this idea. I think #1 but you could go slightly more conservative and push the temples slightly up. This way you still have a nice transition. I feel the temples make a huge difference; when those corners are slightly in and transition better, it gives a nice younger look.

    I got mine done at 25 with a World Class surgeon regularly referred to on here. Best decision I ever made! My meds stabilized the loss and put 2000 into the front and never looked back.

    No way! I got mine at 25 and it saved my 20s social life! 100% would do it again. Got for it!

    How did he cover that much area with only 2065 grafts? Filling in temple corners makes such an enormous difference! look 10years younger!

    Doesn’t she usually cap at Around 2k grafts? Surprising she would quote that many and take you on.
