  1. While some of your points are valid (not all), you come across as someone who is hiding behind the facade of genuinely providing information to other patients, to gain some negotiating leverage with the clinic. I am not accusing you of this, I m just saying this is what it comes across as. I am genuinely interested in asking what kind of resolution from Dr Sethi would make you happy?
  2. Besides a touch up, what other resolution would make you happy? Whether it is the clinics fault or not, any ethical doctor will do their best to try and make sure the patient is happy, within reasons. Which it seems they have done and are trying to do Is there a solution you have in mind that will make you happy? just curious?
  3. H and W hands down for me between those two options. Reason being Long term track record over two decades, and more jaw dropping results. Liposomal finasteride probably increased ur serum levels more than a 0.5 or 1 mg finasteride would have. I would give oral finasteride a chance if you have never. People automatically think topical has lower sides but that is not the case with finasteride. 1% finasteride means there is 10 mg in 1 ml. I think you aborb about 25%. so you 2.5 mg is entering your systemic circulation. Not a math whiz so could be off with my calculations.
  4. Sure did. I lurk, and read. I don't feel the need to post on everything. Being overly active on a forum it starts becoming your life, and you start thinking you are more important than you really are. (some of you here come across like that). The topic irked me so I signed up to post. I am not affiliated with eugenix but couldnt care less what your opinion is.
  5. The pics that Melvin has posted obtained from the clinic show what I would say atleast AVERAGE results. I am not saying this is a home run, but I don't think this is something that warrants a refund either. Plus it appears to be a no shave placement. This will always be technically challenging, and may lead to more shock loss of native hair if not done with precision.
  6. No surgeon on this planet can with 100% guarantee a perfect result. The best any surgeon can do is give it their 100%. From the pics it shows that clearly the grafts that were placed grew (at least most of them). I think the problem here is probably expectations. The patient had expectations that were high, and the clinic assumed that the patients expectations were modest. What else is the clinic supposed to do when in that situation. All they can do is offer to place more grafts if available. Should a clinic start refunding money every time a patient doesn't subjectively like a result? The poster's statement "i am on finasteride now, so my hair loss is not progressive" gives me a clue into the fact that the patient either doesnt understand the reality of androgenetic alopecia or is just not come to terms with it.
