  1. Scar looks good. I will be following this case
  2. Doctor you are certainly a superstar. I always love seeing your consistent incredible results. This case is awesome. The patient could try his hand at starting in a Hollywood movie now lol because he looks about 1/3 of his age!!!
  3. Yep I think you nailed it. To cover that much ground you have to take hair from outside a more dht resistant zone. He does so in a homogenous way so the donor doesn’t look depleted in one area more than the other. But who is to say what these hair transplants look like 30-40 years from now. Hopefully the same but we don’t have that evidence yet. I would love to hear what Dr Konior thinks of Dr Zarev technique? Would be really cool considering one is considered the greatest ever and Zarev is certainly heading into that territory for high norwoods.
  4. If you have retrograde alopecia should fut be considered in most cases as the best option?
  5. I think it looks great. And if you ever bald you have plenty of hair in the back to use. When you shave down to a low guard can you see any fue scars? Happy for you man enjoy your hair now!
  6. Wow this is what we call a natural hair transplant. You don’t want a straight dense hairline because then people will know it is fake. This looks like OP never balded but also matured with time. Dr Feriduni and staff did a homerun here!
  7. Pittella? Pittella has done much worse donors and shows patients with bright lights/comb through. Of course Zarev is a master as well but very few poor donor cases
  8. Will be awesome if they ever do find a way to prevent scarring. Regrowing hair would be a miracle but preventing scarring could change the surgical industry
  9. Interesting. So there was still scarring. It isn’t full proof. Which would make fut even more interesting because scarring on fut is usually more pronounced/common. I wonder if verteporfin treatments injected into scar every week or month after the procedure would benefit it at all? Would be interesting. I assume it would be expensive for a patient to get verteporfin use after their procedure
  10. Did veterporfin make the control have no scarring in fue?
  11. Oh only once into the scars? Have we seen what effect it has on fut scars? Would be massive?
  12. Are trials just injection into donor right after hair transplant surgery or is this injected every week for months?
  13. I’m just going off what I saw on a hair restoration doctor’s site. But I honestly have no idea of progression does slow down. So thank you for you comment! Interesting. You think that meds save everyone? Some may have a higher dht than meds can block and this still bald on the meds? But if dht lessens as we age then the med may work better for someone that is 35 than 25?
  14. Is it true that it tends to slow down significantly every decade? 20-30 is the fast progression of hair loss and 30+ it slows down?
  15. Do you know what density per sq cm your case was? I personally think Dr Rahal hit this case out of the park! Great to see!
  16. Looking good! How big was your strip like length by width?
  17. What a great case from Dr Feriduni and his team. What density was used in the hairline? Is the patient on finasteride at all?
  18. Yes that’s what I’m thinking probably that 55-70 range. Anything above that is pretty rare in terms of happening often
  19. I think maybe Leal? He seems to be one of the top guys in Brazil. He did @Fue3361
