hey guys, my limited research so far reveals that most docs have their assistants fill in the recepient sites. why so? which docs do that and which don't? and why the lesser emphasis on placing the hair, then extracting them?

just wondering. wuz up with most docs extracting the hair from donor sites but then having their assistants fill in the recepient sites. first off, most docs seem to do that, going by these forums. i guess the reason one would lean towards epstein is his plastic surgery background. wouldnt that be a benefit when it comes to the donor scar? as far as the pics posted on this forum as well as their respective sites, epstein's are slightly better, although i could never be swayed by that. pics dont tell much. i would rather meet as many of their patients in person, and hopefully not just the ones they gave me the names of.
