  1. I had hair transplant at Eugenix 9 montsh ago and am now facing a problem I did not had before. What fibres should I pick for for my new photo on my documents When I was reading this forum in past people mentioned Toppik a lot, but I did not put that much interest in back then so I might miss some better solutions. I see Toppik is a powder, is there anything more like wax or, ... Please help.
  2. There are rare clinics where doctors insert grafts. Usually technicians do it. In Eugenix that is always done by technicians. When you chose Arika or Sethi you are promised to get most experienced technicians. But in practice technicians change a lot, what is sort of normal, since no one can work 12 hours and more. So at some time there was 2 technicians working and at other moment there was 5. I believe you can go with Dr Das and save some money. I am sure all technicians work at some standard.
  3. He said that general consensus is that grafts can be out for few hours. Eugenix does it faster. There are always at least 3 technicians extracting sorting and puting back grafts. Noone laying on the table can tell you how long each graft had been outside.
  4. All beard grafts have just one hair. And they look less natural as hair. So resoults with just hair scalps are better with same costs. I am positive resoults will be good, but if doctors don't see you donor area that good, make sure to take finasteride, so you don't lose more in the decades to come.
  5. I don't think you should bother with triples and doubles much. That is just stats. Arika or whoever will be in charge of your surgery will just look at your donor area in person and took final decision how many grafts will be needed. She will also place your hair line height considering that. In my case i had planed 2 transplants and on first crown would be left intact. But when she saw Mt donor area she immediately said only one surgery will be needed. Also she will draw your temples if needed and if your donor area slows it. Trust them. Your job will be only to lay there for two day. It will not be so easy. So I hope you are doing some back strechings exercises. Another thing. Be ready for New Delhi climate change and polluted air. I felt sick on the airport. Stay hidrated on airplane before landing.
  6. Last November when I contacted Eugenix, Bicer and Pekiner. Each of them took long to reply. There is a reason for that. They are good and that is why they are busy. I know you are probably, the same way as I was, anctious and want to start with it fast, but I suggest you to go slow, since few months will not change anything. Your priority right now should be to get on finasteride, unless you are on it allready. You should not have surgery, before you are at least half a year on finestaride, from two simple reasons. Maybe you will get side effects and you will not be able to continue to take them or finasteride will do little results to you. I have no ideas how big chances are for that, but why risk it if you can just wait half year and see. Then wait for clinic replies. Once you are in the system things will move fast.
  7. Ha. I am now in India. Two days after transplant and reading this and noticed I replied in November soon after you made this thread. It seems you are one of the reasons I am here. When I read it again today, I realized how good and accurate post you made. Making slits does not hurt a bit. When Arika started making them I first thought she is just taping my head a bit with her finger, sort of meditating to observe the shape of my had and think how to start. Only after few minutes I realized she probably allready did 100 slits. You got good results!
  8. I have transplant 3 days from now and was not advised against coffee. What does other doctors suggest? Yes coffee or no coffee?
  9. I will be there next week. And yes, the original agent was way more knowable than the second one. I suppose they are paid very different. I did not checked much this forum last months, but today noticed one bad review of Eugenix. I think you should not be worried that much. They are still good clinic. I do hope you will write more in next days. Can you ask them how many patients will Arika manage at the time you will be there.
  10. On day 4 you had washing in the morning and flight in afternoon or you spend another night in New Delhi?
  11. I had not got to the pictures or any details yet. Just put the basics in the contact form on Sunday.
  12. Do you maybe remember how long you waited for their reply after first contact and how long it took after you decided for them to the actual surgery?
  13. Long waits give you more time to think it over and gives you less chances for mistakes. What I want is to have more options to start with and then slowly peal to the best for my situation that is not that brilliant.
  14. Were "Vitamins + Supplements + Medicines" suggested by Eugenix team or you decided about theme yourself? Also how long tit took from time they told you your surgery date and actual surgery. How long you waited?
