  1. It's going to look worse and worse over the next few weeks, this is called the ugly duckling stage. Your hair won't begin to grow for a couple of months.
  2. Hi, it is mentioned here as well as in more detail within the youtube video;
  3. Don't lower your hairline, it's already low enough. If your family doesn't suffer from hairloss and you just want to reinforce your hair then I don't see why you shouldn't get a transplant if you really want one. By the way your current hair looks nice!
  4. Does Dr. Sethi still do transplants? I thought it's only Dr. Bansal at Eugenix now.
  5. Personally I had a transplant at 25, my hair was receded much further than yours;
  6. Thanks friend. Yeah to go this short I'd say SMP work on the donor will help. I wonder how light SMP can go for areas like this so it blends well with a skin fade?
  7. Hello everyone, I wanted to see how my donor was looking after all this time so I decided to get a skin fade to see the scars. Here is the result! 22 months post operation:
  8. Hi friend, I believe that was a grade 2 or 3? I do intend to do the rest of the SMP after a second hair transplant (for my temples). Today I got it skin faded as I wanted to see how my donor scars looked, here's the result. You can still see the SMP, though the fade does help blend it in better.
  9. Yes sir here is an example with shorter sides, you can see the outline of SMP.
  10. That's fair, it's trickier to do SMP on a non-shaven head. Several people also do complain about seeing the SMP through the hairline, making it appear more like a tattoo as months pass and it fades from black to grey/blue-ish. Another issue is the color difference between the treated and the non-treated area (sample shown in an earlier post). I'm personally happy with mine, but without question I think you need to get your entire scalp done if you cut your hair short in order to avoid those color difference issues.
  11. Eugenix should be a great choice I think (premium).
  12. Have you heard the theory that larger punches might actually increase the survival rate of hair? This is because the additional larger scarring around the follicles works as a buffer against DHT. I'm not sure if there's much truth to this but it's been recent discussion.
  13. @GatsbyHad complete SMP done before going to Eugenix and his result is incredible.
  14. Thank you! Hoping to get SMP on my donor scars but I'm holding off until I need/get a second transplant first.
  15. Thanks sir, dot-micro in Northern Ireland. I think it was something like £1200? I don't recall.
  16. Rooting for you friend, expect a hair storm coming soon. Here is my 4 months VS 10 months;
  17. Watching closely, I was also considering a transplant with Dr. Mwamba. He used to get great reviews however over the past year it seems to be nothing but negative.
  18. Traveling can save you a lot of money as long as you do your research correctly and find the right doctor and not a hair mill that may botch your results.
  19. Personally had a transplant at 25, FUE. Happy with the results, it's important to stay on finasteride so the transplanted hair and existing hair doesn't recede further.
  20. Those are some incredible results for the graft count, amazing!
  21. Hi everyone! I'm sure if you're experiencing hairloss and researching hair transplant surgeons you may have come across FUExpert Clinic. This clinic is always fully booked and the waiting list can be up to a year (sometimes more). Hair transplant results from this clinic that are posted online is astonishing! in fact, almost too good to be true? Take a look at some of these results from their official instagram, the density seems impossible for the graft count of each procedure. What do you guys think, real? fake? edited? legitimate?
  22. Do not believe these images, this image was taken right after the SMP was done; thus it looks dark and good. However, after the first week it will fade/soften/settle and become less dark. SMP is great, but the result isn't actually "black dots", rather a grey-ish blue. Here is my personal results.
  23. My month 5 vs month 8, I think shock loss was why earlier months looked worse than month 6-ish onwards.
