  1. Been watching a podcast recently with Tristan tate. He’s openly said that he’s had a hair transplant and think his results are brilliant. any ideas on who he may of went to for the procedure? His hairline is soft AF and awesome density. with him being in Romania it could be possible he went to a eastern euro doctor but still yet to hear who he went to since he’s public with it. cheers lads
  2. Had contact with Zarev in December of 2021. I put my case forward to him and he seemed impressed in what I presented. unfortunately I never heard back from him after trying for 2 years prior before contact. So yeah I guess he’s extremely busy but always a reason for outstanding results
  3. As he mentioned he uses a (AVA) Vacuum assisted FUE tool, I would like to know how his own tool compares to the NeoGraft. I do wonder if he used the “NeoGraft” but modified it to the way he likes to perform his surgeries. either way, he does a cracking job at what he does
  4. Sounds good can’t wait to see your pod with him. Do you think his approach to having bloodless donor and recipient will encourage better growth and healing or just pure surgery aesthetics? I only ask as even with some FUE procedures done by other great doctors has some degree of trauma at the recipient site which I feel would affect the growth and healing process. In Zarevs procedures, the trauma is such minimal on the recipient area it’s truly unbelievable. what would you be thoughts on this? Maybe worth asking if it has any sort of value but still learning from patients who have had a transplant. cheers Melvin much appreciated
  5. Hi lads, so I’ve always wondered since discovering Dr Zarev 3 years ago now and I am extremely interested in how he manages to have a super clean and no bleeding donor and recipient sites on his patients. Even with some of the top hair transplant surgeons, I still have never seen how clean and neat the whole surgery has been carried out compared to Zarev. Would anyone be able to explain to me how Zarev makes the recipient and donor area blood free and making it look this neat. This is just out of pure curiosity and how this is even achievable. thanks
  6. @JDEE0 Any updates on them results of yours? don't leave us hanging too long! enjoy
  7. Sounds awesome will look forward to your pictures mate. just to ask on your recipient area, do you still have any numbness within the area or are you back at pre op level? (Any numbness at the stage you are at now)
  8. Truly immense results! Been awesome following this and the outcome is out of this park
  9. Thanks for sharing with us! fantastic result and looks brilliant!
  10. These results look amazing! would it be rude to ask to see the placement and density of the grafts within the front of the hairline? such as holding it back with a brush within the hairline and temporal points? congrats on the results looks brilliant!
  11. Any good pictures of your hair in harsh lighting with no concealer? Would love to see the single hair grafts and their placement. If you have the time of course. Cheers buddy
  12. Night and day difference! This is truly an amazing result! Super stoked for you buddy congrats!
  13. Yeah true, even after the consult with Juan Couto it’s a 2 year waiting list from consultation from what he told me
  14. I waited a couple of month to see them, it’s probably best to write up a good case for them to read
  15. I totally understood why he would do this. I was wondering if the patient would be a little exhausted from more than 2 days of being operated on however I’ve not come across anyone with this experience before
  16. Hairloss sucks😂 finding the Spanish forums hard to navigate
  17. He said he only plants 1000 grafts a day to give the patient a rest and also he operates on 2+ per day (with a team of course)
  18. Hi everyone, just wanted to get some feelers out there to see if anyone has been to either of these doctors before for a hair transplant. i have had a consultation with both doctors and im torn between the decision on who to go to. my main pointers here are the duration and attention to detail from the surgery. Dr Couto: I have met with Dr couto and he has said the surgery will take 2-3 days for around 2500 grafts. has anyone had any experience with this length of surgery and how did you cope with this? both have great results on their socials however im stuck for choice at this point. i am leaning a little towards Dr Pinto however if anyone who has had experience with either or doctor please let me know so i can finally lock in my lengthy decision. thank you.
  19. Good Afternoon lads. just come on here to say im scheduled a consultation with Dr Couto in June to finally restore my hair. i am wondering has there been any person on this forum who has had a transplant with himself? i have really enjoyed his work however they are mainly just results posted by the clinic and would like to see real patient results from the work he does. any info would be great to hear. thanks guys.
