Thanks...
So what about the scars on your neck then.... Doesn't it leave noticeable FUE scars in you do a close shave.
No it doesn’t leave anything really and it heals super fast, if after a month you have some little red dots you can just get rid of em with a good exfoliant like this one: https://www.sephora.com/product/alpha-beta-peel-extra-strength-daily-peel-P269122?skuId=1499482&icid2=skugrid:p269122:product
I guarantee you that with this exfoliant you’ll get rid of anything.

I've been using Rogaine foam 5% on my crown for the last several years. Pretty sure its done nothing short of MAYBE maintaining some ground back there. Initially it gave me a pretty big shed then never really seemed to recover. Never used it in the front out of fear the foam could thin it out like it did the crown. Bc of the hype (and my inability to take Fin due to sides), i'm considering Oral minox. I'm wondering though does oral minox cause a shed?
Would be nice to have feedbacks from people taking it.

While the first might be true the second makes no sense. Minox and FIN have totally different work pathes, hence there is no connection between sides of one or the other IMO. A lot of sides from minox coming from the other ingredients, not from minox itself.
Anyway, oral makes IMO only sense if you are a topical non responder IMO.
I am using FIN since 7+ years without critical side effects. Unfortunately, I got heavy skin irritations from liquid minox. I do not get any from the foam, but figured I have not enough enzymes in the skin and hence am a non responder. On oral minox I got a lot of regrowth/new growth, but also on beard and body hair. Had to stop as I could not get a prescription though and drinking the liquid gave me again skin irritations.
Did you say that you were drinking the liquid or was it a typo?

Hi everyone
What do you all think about oral castor oil? Could it be a good thing to add to a regimen?

I’m guessing you just wanna lower your hairline cause you’re a Norwood 0 at this point.

Day 15, the hairs are starting to shed quicker now, I'm not feeling as traumatised as I thought I would be.... just knowing they will return thicker and healthy is all I need.... ill probably shave my head on Saturday which is basically the end of the 3rd week so it should be safe to do so. Still slight redness on the scalp but that's all OK
I don’t think you should shave your head now, just trim it with a low guard for the time being.

Where do you guys get it in the US?
Really wanna try it! -

Day 19.
Some shedding I think especially on the left side. What do you think of the design? It goes up a bit at one side and the peaks are a bit different. I brought the asymmetry up with Dr Ferreira and he said that having wider side was perfectly normal and it’s to accommodate my own asymmetries and not force symmetry as you’d use more grafts that’s usually not beneficial. He also said that I shouldn’t scrutinise the design (which was more of a line at time) yet as some areas are single hair grafts or thinner hair and that those make a big difference to the design and be patient.
Obviously I will have little nagging doubts along the way and I realise this will be a roller coaster. I’ve had a bad experience from 2 other different surgical procedures so that doesn’t help. 99% of the time I’m trusting the process as I had a really good feeling after picking him after reading the great reviews
What he told you about asymmetry is absolutely right, he did the right thing for sure.

I have the same issue with Brazil or Argentina where I am most of the time. He told me to prior to Covid is was usually 3 weeks to the Americas but that the standard now is a month and sometimes even more up to 6 weeks.
What really sucks is that they do have the best formula in the market with the Trichosol and added growth factors. I really felt a boost in my hair thickness at just 0.1% without any sides and all my itch is gone thanks to the properties of Trichosol. I was at the clinic last week and the results are incredible with none of the patients I met reporting any sides.
He also told me that they are working on a DHL solution for the US that would take 3 days roughly but it would be 40 EUR or so, it's only worth it if you
I agree about the quality of the product I’m sure it’s the best on the market but can’t just be stressing every time I gotta order another one, like I would’ve to order in a couple of weeks from now to make sure I’m good.

received it today also!!!!😀
I placed an order on 5/5/21 and received it on 6/3/21.
It's got a distinct smell and the dropper from the bottle doesn't have the mark so I can't tell how much I'm using with each application.
I would have to use the dropper from my min to gauge the amount.
Since you got it, why don't you just try and see if it works?
If it works for me then I will time my next order which is about 30 days for shipment so that I won't run out of it.
To be honest I haven’t even open the package lol😂
I won’t try it because I’ll have nowhere to order it after this one is done so it doesn’t make a lot of sense, if I was in Europe I would’ve definitely tried it and probably order more.
They should have an express shipping option and this way it would work.
I’m sure there will be many sources in the US very soon to get topical Dutasteride so I’ll just wait.

I got mine today it took a month, I didn’t realize it was coming from Europe so I won’t be reordering if anyone would like to buy it from me let me know I’m in northeast part of the country.

yea totally agree on the race/genetic aspect. As a pasty white male, a super low hairline would look really unnatural on me. Whereas African/Asian/Hispanic, super low hairlines are more natural.
At the end of the day tho no one on this forum should aim for a super low hairline. It is almost guaranteeing future multiple HT's to chase down further hair loss. If men with MPB want that ultra-low hairline, tbh they should go the hair system route.
No offense but Hispanic isn’t a race I’m from Spain last time I checked We were white as 50% of South America.

Nape hair is only used for temples and hairline
It has no coverage value as they are not inly singles but also very fine singles.
I'll attach some pictures so you can where they were taken and how they look on your temple points
First is my left temples done by a Dr in Turkey. Thick unnatural grafts and low density.
Here is after 75/100 nape grafts from Dr Mwamba at FUE CLINIC in Brussels and removal of thick ones.
You can see they are much more fine and blend perfectly with your natural thinner sides.
There is no scaring left on the nape, at least not in me.
Wahou looks great particularly compared to what was done in Turkey!
I’ll definitely use nape hair on my temple next time I get an HT since they are absolutely useless I’d rather put em to use instead of just shaving them.
I really appreciate your post man it’s been really helpful to me and a mine of information to a lot of people I’m sure.
what’s your take on armpit hair and pubic hair for bht? I’m asking because those hairs are the most similar to beard hair to me and I think I could achieve decent coverage if I was to use em as donor restocking or even on beard.

From the nape!, you want the finest hairs there!!
Thanks for your answer, it makes sense!
Are you happy with the result? It seems like the napes were able to blend in and cover the area pretty well.
Did you also use napes for your beard repair?

Hi mustang you mentioned earlier in a post that you had 60 grafts put on your left temple, where did you take the hair from?
Also what body hair did you use to repair your beard?thanks for this great post man it’s really helpful!
