    Your lucky man

I am on HCG 150iu a day and can't tolerate even 35mg of T a week without the HCG to backfill the hormonal cascade. Just T gives me crazy anxiety and restlessness.

It's either that or my Estrogen spikes up when adding both creating the anxiety, still trying to figure it out.

We will see. AI is a last resources, I am dropping body fat and started zinc/cialis/dim combo today.

My TT is 900 just on the HCG so have to add very little T to get to 1200, I don't want to go any higher as my BP is OK like this.

Funny thing, no hair loss on the HCG, not even shedding a hair a day.

Mustang what’s your take on the whole debate about creatine causing hairloss by increasing dht?

  2. Here is someone’s blood work with fina:

    Here is one with duta:

It seems that creatine with fina is just not safe and really not worth it in my opinion, but on dut the creatine intake wasn’t able to increase dht level.

to be honest it makes me rethink now that I know that, even tho I’m on duta.

Is creatine really worth it at the end? I don’t think so.

im just gonna stop it I think or cycle it a couple of times a year.

I use a spray bottle to do my shampoo and water to clean the grafts in the morning and night. But can the pressure of the spray bottle, which is on the mist setting, knock out any of my grafts?

I am assuming it is OK and I am not sure how other people clean their grafted area for the first few days post op, but I want to make sure that if my spray bottle has a little bit of water pressure even when it "mists", that that is okay.

    Thanks for any advice!!

Yes it’s ok don’t even worry about it, I take regular shower right after the procedure and nothing ever happened… I use the soft shower jet setting and that’s it.

the graft are surgically placed in there so you’d need some tool to remove it, that being said be gentle and follow the post op and everything will be alright.

    Do you take any medication?
I’m on duta fina and minox and don’t see any difference and I lift like a maniac and take prot and creatine… 10-15 days in the showers that’s it…

I think I’m just gonna take dht blood test so we’ll know once and for all if it does anything.

For reference @Melvin- Moderatordid a podcast with @win200 and he was on test 1gram a week while taking fina and duta, the blood work for dht came back at like 15.

So I doubt that 5gr of creating would do anything.

I've been consistently working out for the last 10 years. But I definitely noticed increased hair loss during periods when I was doing a ton of lifting, using whey, and taking pre-workout (including creatine).

I'm already prone to AGA anyway, so take this FWIW.

The surgery was about 3.5 months ago (late December).

The quote I have was for 800 FUE grafts

It was actually for a beard enhancement procedure, I had hoped that he could take the hair from my neck and fill in a few patches on my cheek, but he was insistent that head hair would be best and that the harvested area wouldn't be at all noticeable when it grew back in. Boy was that off the mark.

I don’t know why he would say that..

Of course beard hair are better for beard transplant!

    who’s the doc?

did he at least do a good job with the beard?

Thanks Gatsby I love how the donor turned out! No thinness at all! I suffered some shock loss month 1-2 but being on this forum for so long I knew not to worry one bit! When I get a haircut I’ll be sure to share how the donor looks at a lower length but very happy with the donor Dr mwamba did a great job

    How is it growing man?

Previous post didn’t update so I’ll repost. Having such low DHT from using Avodart and Pumpkin Seed Oil(test prior to using PSO and after confirm this)… hairloss is progressing rather slowly. I’m not sure if this is a joke but not only I don’t see any hairloss which is amazing cause the meds are definitely working but you being close to 50 you got a crazy head of hair!!

you’ve got no hairloss and you most likely never will…

    congrats! 🎊🍾🎉

@mustang Thank you for the information. I'll see Dr. Mwamba in Atlanta this Saturday.

To clarify, you suggested patch testing for growth. Can the low-density pass work as a patch test, or do they have to be separate procedures?

Based on this, which option would you recommend?
Option A: Patch test first, then low-density pass for vessel creation, followed by the second pass at higher density.
    OR
Option B: Low-density pass first for vessel creation and growth assessment, then decide on the second pass at a higher density after six months.

In your experience, are there any other measures I can take to increase the survival rate of the first pass or patch test? you mentioned using PRP during the slit creation, but what about using PRP weeks before and/or between procedures or taking finasteride? I'm asking because I want to do what I can to improve the success of the graft survival.

Is Mwamba back to work in Atlanta?
