    I've been taking 5mg per day for about 12 days now. So far no sides or any progress that I can see. Normal amount of shedding, nothing alarming. I am guessing it takes a while (a few months at least) before any sort of results?

    In my opinion Bisanga is probably the best option out of those and I am leaning toward him for my first procedure. I've seen some really good work out of Pekiner as well but doesn't seem too popular on this forum.

    Ok, money, logistics, and any other factors aside you would still choose Bisanga? Just seeking opinions on which surgeon you would choose if you were in my shoes.

    Hello all! Long time lurker here. I am getting very close to making a decision on a surgeon for my transplant. I have narrowed it down between Bisanga and Freitas. I have consulted with both (Bisanga in person and Freitas online) and both gave me an estimate of 2400-2500 grafts to fill in the temples and conservative lowering the hairline. I am 36 (37 in May) NW 3, Medium fine hair, and donor density 75/75/80 Average - 77 So, the question is: from a pure aesthetic point of view, which surgeon would you choose if you were me?

    Great result but am I the only one who sees the huge contrast in color from the frontal third to the rest? Especially from the top?

    @Melvin-Moderator Hi! I am doing research for my own transplant and Dr Bisanga one of my top two choices. Probably for the same reason other users above me have asked.
