Can you anyone link me to some reputable posts about Eugenix with patients who did this without fin. I emailed, explained, and my reply was somewhat automated I felt, as I dont even think they acknowledged the fact I do not want to take Fin. Which is why I contacted Fin in the first place, this is there reply: @Melvin- Moderator - how come you are going to Eugenix, given your situation, is it for Body hair grafts? Your pictures have been evaluated by our doctors. You have Norwood Grade *(Grade IV)* of Baldness. The bald area is usually divided into 3 parts. Your graft requirements in each of the areas in your case is as follows: Frontal scalp: *(2200 to 2500)* Mid scalp: *(Not Required)* Crown: *(800 to 1000)* Thus, total graft requirement is *(3000 to 3500)* Proposed Harvest from scalp: *(3000 to 3500)* Proposed Harvest from beard: *(Not Required)* The remaining area will improve with medications (namely Tab Finasteride 1 mg, to be prescribed by consulting dermatologist/physician) which will also help in preservation of your pre-existing hair. The progress in the mid scalp and crown can also be improved with these medications. The medication will help in increasing the density in those areas. For Androgenetic Alopecia, it progresses with the following acceleration in different age groups: 20s to 30s: very aggressively 30s to 40s: slows down 40s onward: starts stabilizing usually Since Androgenetic Alopecia / baldness is not a disease and is a natural phenomenon and affects almost half of the men population, it can only be maintained by taking Finasteride until it stabilizes. The dosage can be revised periodically. You are required to kindly acknowledge receipt of your evaluation via return mail informing us that you have read & understood the same.

Just contacted Dr. Umar at dru.com. Any thoughts on Umar? Secondly, I was about to contact Eugenix - however, the reviews really really put me off, everyone here recommends them, but the reviews are quite opposite? I am willing to do this the right way and give it a proper good but only want top places.

Thanks guys, I have written down all the HT clinics you recommend. These are: Dr Bisanga, Dr. Bruno Pinto, Dr. Ximena Villa, Dr. Bruno Ferreira, Dr. Lupanzula, Dr. Feriduini, Dr. Rafael De Freitas, Dr. Couto, Dr. Lorenzo, HLC, Dr. Mwamba, Eugenix and HDC off the top of my head. Who is @DrTBarghouthi- can I have a chat with him and get his feedback? What clinic is he a part of? Should I contact Eugenix as well?

Thanks man, Guess that is the honest truth isn't it. I feel less of a man, mentally, losing my hair. I spoke to a doctor yesterday on the phone, and she begged me to stay away from Finasteride when I mentioned it to her. Yeah, I stopped minoxidil very quickly, is there any point to even re-try it? I have read multiple times the hairs do become permanent after 2-3 years on Min? So yeah, fin is a no go for me. Minoxidil, you think I should stay away true or at least be on that? Also, why Eugenix? Out of all places, why them for me? Additionally, I contacted Harley Street Clinic in London who did wayne rooney's appointment, i have an appointment with them. Any thoughts on it?

Hey, I didn't want to mix threads. If you want to read a detailed thread about me you can find it here: However, I went to a trichologist, paid quite a bit of money. She said that due to the little hairs I have she would put me on minoxidil. Three weeks in I developed heart palpitations and could hear my heart beat non stop. I got super anxious, didn't sleep, was in a very bad way. I have been off it three days now or more. Does Minoxidil cause this? How do you handle it? Does taking lower amount of min fix this, I believe I was taking 1 ml a day. She told me to use two fingers spray it into my fingers, and rub in, but I used a pipette of 1 ml. Divided it to 0.50 and did it twice a day. How does it interact with Beta Blockers, my doctor prescribed me Propranolol to take, haven't started yet but I will soon. Is this okay? Is foam different to liquid, any way to over come this, why does this happen? Is minoxidil even worth it, genuinely. You lose the hairs that you gained if you stop, however, someone said you can keep the hairs if they become terminal? Cheers,

I thought I would update this thread. I went to see Eva. She looked at my hairs under the microscope, she said I had a lot of small hairs to play with. She said she wouldn't prescribe me Fin, but she does make her own Saw Palmetto, with the berry I think she explained. However, she said I was not suitable for a transplant, but put me on Min. I took min for three weeks, and in the third week felt my heart beating non stop, genuinely. Was in bed and all I could hear was my heart beating that for three days I didn't sleep much and developed some anxiety. I have been off it now for 5 days. I will maybe go back on it after a week of good sleep at half the dose? This is what she said to me. Has anyone else experienced this? What do you think of the advice? @Curious25@Melvin- Moderator

Yeah, I agree, I do not think I should take Finasteride. I presume you are also including Topical Fin in this category? Genuinely. Everyone seems to rave about it, most of all, it being the most important part to keeping hair. I have read every single post here, trust me, and I write everything down. My options, please add/correct me if I am wrong - if I do not want to take fin - are the following right: - Do nothing, shave it - Take Saw Palmetto? - Potentially just take Minoxidil. Still classed as medication but safer then Fin? - Wait for it to get worse, then get a HT, then get another HT. - Hair systems is something i will not do. Curious, with all that being said, I believe they are all my choices right? My options are severely limited when I write this down, right? When you say "There is no doubt that medication is the most important part of ones hair restoration journey, in terms of prioritising having as much hair as is possible . . however it is by no means a completely limiting factor if you weren't to choose to take it. Your approach would just have to factor this into consideration. " Im confused, this is what everyone says is the most important part, and if I do not want to take it, HT is a whole new path which may not work out? Genuinely, what else am I missing here, as I believe they are my options, correct me if I am wrong? I will write this all down, i appreciate your help.

Youre right, i agree, so thats what you think I should do then. Shave it. Like that's the next step for me? Fack man. This sucks. I dunno what to do. The more I read about Finasteride, the more i see its syntetic chemicals entering the body, and day by day damages DNA and neurons. This is what i believe is the case. I dunno what to do man. I really dont. Can you help in terms of coming to a decision.

Why dont you want to be on Topical Fin anymore? @InTheSix - thanks, i appreciate the reply, the problem is, i have researched fin, topical fin, probably over 1,000 hours now. Its gotten to the point i know everything i need to know. Its a synthetic drug that seems to have huge problems and side effects. Ive read too many horror stories, its scary. I hate this. I dont know what to do. Even weaning off seems a problem?
