    Yeah get these big bucket style hats off the clinic but honestly they look even more stupid, in Istanbul airport nobody batted an eyelid… in fact it was more a case of spot who hadn’t had work done. Obviously Portugal will be different but I wouldn’t worry, should be proud your improving your looks😀 good luck

    IMO 2000 is no where near enough, at least 3500. your have a larger area to cover than I had a couple of years ago and I had 2800 grafts

    Very nice mate, like the hair style aswel. I also went with Cinik and that’s the style I am looking for, just need it to grow a bit.

    I’ve never heard of any ht surgeons in the North east mate, you’ll be travelling to Leeds , Manchester or London at best. Im from your area aswel and I travelled to Turkey for mine, there’s plenty good options abroad so do your research… all the best

    I done 1mg/day at first and got sides… Then 0.5mg/day and still sides… Now 0.5mg MWF before bed and been great now for 6 months Some is better than none I hope 🤞🏽

    Same … I did it for a couple of months then forgot or couldn’t be arsed. Never done it this year so probably won’t bother
