    If you’re not on medication finasteride may very well help improve the crown.

    For only 12 weeks @Wingtsun you are looking great. The redness from my last surgery lasted 6 months. With the medication you are on you have positioned yourself in the best way possible. 👊🏻

    To be honest if I am going by the worst looking pics of your donor, I strongly feel that you are going to need beard grafts to augment a hair transplant like I had to. I don’t know how strong your beard is and this is something that needs an in person consultation (if possible). All the best.

    No I haven’t. I have actually own used fibres a couple of times because of the hassle of washing it out at the end of the day. However the look they can achieve is incredible. I would apply fibres first and then Sea Salt Spray. All the best.

    Have consultations with several doctors that you are thinking of having a hair transplant with. If there replies are consistent then that places you in a good position of confidence.

    @Adriam if you have had a consult with Dr Laorwong and he is confident then he could be a good choice. We have seen a lot of great results come from Dr Laorwong.

    @Adriam are the darkest pics of your hair the results from being on meds and the pics with your donor thinner pre medication? If so I think you would make a good candidate if you have realistic expectations and you can accept an appropriate hairline for the future.

    5mg oral minoxidil. I was on 0.25 topical Finasteride but after a couple of months it went systemic unfortunately.

    You could shave your head and have SMP for the scars or as @gillenator has stated go for a hair system.

    I’ve spoken to about half a dozen surgeons and the answers to being able to use creatine and/or whey powder vary from yes to no.

    Over the past 39 years I have heard of every potential treatment, cure for hair loss. For some reason they all claim to be five years away that it becomes a running joke. I definitely would not wait for Verteporfin to hit the mainstream market until I had a hair transplant. I seriously hope I am wrong about Verteporfin but it is still very early days and it may not get off the ground despite excellent preliminary findings. I would prefer to wait until all of my eggs are in the pudding.
