In a million years, @Zoomster, did you ever imagine you would get these results?
To be perfectly honest with you …I’d a hunch Dr Sethi was gonna hit it out of the park …as to how far he hit it …yes Im pretty amazed …not quite sure how he does it …remarkable stuff

9 Month update
Hi Folks
Cent believe it’s been 9 months since my 2nd HT..time has flown ..Ive attached some random out and about pictures and some close ups of the temples which have slowly improved ..some Anagen desynchronisation has occurred in the side part area but nothing too major ..still a bit annoying though …
Im going to go for one final touch up In October to just finally wrap it all up ..
I have to say it was a great pleasure to meet up with Dr Sethi last weekend and to meet all of the prospective Irish based clients ..It was a high energy weekend for all involved ..
Hope to have him back again soon.
Hair is continuing to thicken and mature as each month passes

Wow! Amazing job! Congratulations- looks great!
You needed a large number of graphs and Im wondering why you didnt choose FUT? Isnt that the preferred method for large areas?(sorry newbie)
Hi
I wanted the option to able to shave my head to a low guard at the back and sides ..just didn’t fancy the scar .

Karl you are a serious threat to any guy thinking of having a hair transplant. It’s not just the sheer density and naturalness, it’s how Eugenix have gone beyond donor management! Your donor literally looks thicker than it was pre op!!!! ???? 👌And to think that it will even get better over more months that you have ahead of you up your sleeve? Mind blowing man. But above all else I’m just so incredibly happy for you and incredibly grateful to you in equal measure! 🙏
Thank you so much Adrian ..your restoration has taken things to another level..you’ve opened up a whole new audience to what now can be done in the right hands 🙌

Everything looking on track mate …little bit unfortunate to have lingering redness as it isn’t normally the case but don’t fret ..it will subside very soon

It's hard to believe that two and half years ago you were a norwood 6/7. One great clinic and a 11.6k grafts later here you are astonishing us all month by month!
Karl, you have redefined HT expectations from us fellow high norwood's!
Thanks John 🙌

No more illusion of density, it's just plain DENSITY! 2nd procedure for density sake is no brainer for future proofing, locking in and putting an exclamation point to an already brilliant 1st procedure.
So happy for you Karl, and yes, the greedy part of me believes that adding density to the temples to give them a more prominent appearance will serve you very well! Still looks great as is though, so either way you are still a stud brother!😉
Cant have you out doing me on the temples mate ..think I’m In 😉
love it to be no shave which probably it will
thanks mate

8 month update
Hello folks
Just attaching these outdoors natural daylight pics with no fibres or product .Just had a barber visit with 0.5 fade lower half into a #2 .
Really happy how it continues to improve month on month especially the side part area which has noticeably thickened .
Absolutely the correct decision to have 2nd procedure for added density ..it’s a night and day difference to be honest .
im still debating as to whether to have the temples enhanced ..will discuss further with Dr P when he comes to visit Dublin 27 to 29 May ..can’t wait to welcome the Eugenix roadshow 😊🌏..
Best

Haha Indeed I am!
Thanks for the reply Zoomster. Your transformation is incredible and one of the reasons I am considering Eugenix as a high Norwood specialist. They have done a fantastic job with yours. Did you have a particularly good donor area compared to the average person?
Also did you got to the Gurgaon clinic with Dr Arika?
You’ve great taste so …think a black 159 Ti sportwagon one of the coolest pound for pound designs ever imo😊think Pininfarina had a hand in its design??
My donor was slightly below average with retrograde alopecia therefore the taking of finasteride was a non negotiable for me ..luckily no sides to report at 1mg every night .
With below average donor I would not of proceeded with surgery without the use of beard grafts ..luckily I found the best in the business regarding their utilization for HT .
Yes I went with Dr Sethi in Delhi on both occasions .

Bump I really dont see a lot of talk about crowns its always the afterthought
This is what 4K scalp and beard grafts mixed together gets you with Eugenix ..into a totally slick bald NW6/7 crown ..this is 7.5 months post 2nd procedure..ive applied one or two puffs from toppik spray fibre applicator here .

Hi Jaz ..i take it you’re an Alfa fan with the “ 159 “ in handle 😊
Your hair looks remarkably similar to mine in how it lies on the scalp ..
I think Victor Hasson described it best when he said ive “ Tennis ball “ hair type when I consulted many years ago.:..I’d a really good outcome with the aforementioned Clinic @Eugenix Hair Science..have a peek at my thread .
Good luck with whoever you choose 😊

Coming along really nicely bro...
Be sure to Bandana up whilst on your little jolly in Thailand .i like to keep direct sunlight of the precious grafts for around 6 months or so
Enjoy 😉

All I can say is it keeps getting better and better mate …I’d be inclined to put beard hair into the FUT scars to repair what the previous butcher did to you ..save as much scalp hair as you can
only 6 months in on a 12 to 18 months process
thanks for sharing

It's incredible how your scalp looks fuller now than before you started @Zoomster! Looking great my friend. Now all we both need is a 'smattering of botox!' 🤣😉
Im a perfect example of how finasteride can work wonders for donor areas..
