Yeah, I think Istabul is gonna be my only option lol. Thanks for those names, I'm gonna start looking into them!
Bicer has quite a few results on this site. For Dr Gur (or Dr. Turan, both are part of FUECapilar clinic) search the Facebook group, they are very popular there.

Jesus Christ lol. I guess I'm going to be stuck like this for quite some time.
LOL!
Don't say that. You deserve better hair. But you won't find it in the US/Canada for a bargain.
Go back to Istanbul. Dr. Bicer charges €2/graft. For a little less, go to Dr. Gur, he charges €1.25/graft. Both doctors do both extractions and recipient area incisions. Both have about 20 years experience. Both can easily fix this.

Thanks! Someone on a Facebook group mentioned them to me as well. Any idea what their rates are about?
I think H&W is around $8/graft for the first 2000 grafts for FUE.

What about liver protection, what do you use
I'm taking Tudca & NAC. Good liver support.

Anavar doesn't impact estrogen levels. It's a very mild anabolic.

The only way to know your T levels is with bloodwork. And if you're low, TRT is not an issue. TRT only returns you to normal range, so maybe 100-150mg/week.
If you're looking for a steroid cycle, that's different and don't call it TRT.
I'm on 50mg/day Anavar and loving it. I'm also taking HGH but taking a break because of side effects, but I'll get back on it soon.

Looking good!!

Shaving your hair that short... even with SMP... probably isn't a good idea. It's easy to grow it out, of course. But you need to manage your expectations.

If I get another transplant, I'm definitely taking Cialis daily. Great way to improve graft survival.
Who am I kidding? I'm taking it daily now! Random wood is always fun! LOL!

Maybe topical finasteride would be better choice. I've never heard of anyone with side effects from topical.

This reminds me of that thread from that guy in India saying that Eugenix should lower their prices so that average Indians can afford them. Absolutely ridiculous.
If you want a cheaper option, there are plenty. Dr. Cinik's clinic offers a FUE transplant, maximum grafts, hotel and transport included, for €2090. If you're a gambling man, Asli Tarcan has a package for €1800... good luck with that!

Greece... BHR Athens (part of Dr. Bisanga's network)
Turkey... I like HLC Ankara, but I'm biased
Cyprus... Dr. Maras at HDC.- 1

If your original concern is that HT surgeons charge too much, then I don't think using Dr. Zarev as an example of a hidden gem will help with your argument. Zarev charges around $30-40k US per surgery, I believe.
Zarev charges €4/graft

I saw this on Reddit. Yeah, this is beautiful work. Very rare to see density like this in 1 procedure. I'll keep my eyes out for more Leal results.

I’ve been back and forth between Couto, and de Freitas and after taking some time off from researching I’ve finally decided on de Freitas.
I believe he's a little better than Cuoto. His hairlines are more natural to me. Excellent choice!!

There's *always* another option. No matter if you get all the quotes you want, you'll see someone's results and wish you got a quote from them too.
Don't get caught up in "analysis paralysis". You're dealing with excellent doctors and you've done plenty of research, this isn't being rushed. Book with De Freitas and get it done.

I'll try. Your limit is €5k and you need 4k grafts and you want the doctor to do the procedure.
Only one doctor comes to mind. Dr. Gur. 16 years experience, does traditional FUE, performs extractions and channel openings, only one patient per day. Charges €1.25/graft.
Dr. Turan would be a quality alternative. He charges €4k for a 2-day procedure. Overs 20 years experience, uses an extraction specialist but the doctor does the channel openings.
Good luck!

Do clinics need to shave your scalp down again for a top up? Or can you get away without shaving anything off the top while getting new grafts put in?
I'm not sure if HLC does no-shave implantation. Shaving the donor area would need to be done, of course. I'd imagine implanting 300-400 grafts to boost density would make a significant improvement here, but yeah, I understand the concern about shaving the recipient area again.

There's no need for concern at this point. Month 6 is early... you've only been growing hair for 3 months or so. You shouldn't expect lots of density at this point. Let's look at this at month 9, when most of your results should be observable.

I stayed at Martin's Grand Hotel and it was perfectly nice. Excellent steak dinner, too. I paid €648 for 4 nights, Deluxe Room.
And they have good beer!

Try not to overthink it this early. Remember, it's going to get worse before it gets better. You need to be prepared for that.
You *might* have some shock loss and the redness makes it look worse than it is. Repost pictures at month 4. It'll look very different. Good luck!

1o months should be fine. The difference between month 10 and month 12 is in the maturity of the hair. The scalp, however, is fully healed.
Confirm with the doctor, but I had a second HT at month 9. Granted it was a different area (crown was not worked on before). But the donor area was the same.

Has anyone repaired a procedure done by Dr Diep? Who did you go to, and how did it turn out?

Did you ever get a biopsy on your scalp to rule out any skin conditions?
I've never heard of a surgeon that specializes in repairing another surgeon's work. Just go to a top doc, most do repair work. Like Dr. Bisanga (BHR) in Belgium. Or Dr. Sethi (Eugenix) in India.
