Sorry if it came across like I was questioning his results. In a short time, he Dr. Pittella has produced some jaw dropping results. I guess I was just doing the whole grain of salt thing being that he is relatively new and comparisons to someone like Dr. Wong felt premature, or maybe they are well - deserved. Truth is he has climbed to the top of surgeons I would like to have my procedure with, due in major part to the results of @Digs49. I saw that @Digs49 has helped others who were in the States. Would love it if we could have a phone call sometime. Thanks. Z.

Happy New Year to all. This community was a great help when i underwent my first procedure almost 10 years ago. So, big thanks to all. I have been some incredible results from Dr. Pittella in Brazil. I mean, some of them are quite literally "incredible". Like, is that for real or deep fake ? I am being facetious. I know results are real. I guess I am just asking how safe are these huge procedures ? He is relatively young and new (I think 10 years or so). Would love to hear what the community thinks of him. Professionally? Ethically? Etc. I am almost bald on top. Hence, the interest in this "miracle" worker. Also, any info on pricing and best way to get in touch with him will be greatly appreciated. Hi, thanks for posting these updates. I have a surgery scheduled with Dr. Wong early 2024 and my pre op hair is very similar to yours. I agree that compared to pre op, it's a huge improvement. It's natural to be disappointed when our results don't look like the best results that we see on their sites. Truth is that's a minority. Lucky few who get incredible, might I say, life-altering results. Most people fall in the other category - Huge improvement, but still some left to be desired. Please don't believe for a second that it's a botched job. Dr. Wong has set an incredible bar, so when the results are less than perfect, it's not botched, not by any stretch. It's just not perfect, but a great improvement, and most of us will accept that, if we are being realistic and reasonable. All the best and do keep posting updates. Z

Amazing results. I have my surgery scheduled with Dr. Wong for 2023. It's a lot of money, so I have been looking at Turkey. At the same time, I wouldn't base my decision on money. But, results like yours make me want to reconsider.

I am looking at quite a few surgeons including Dr. Wong. It's just that of the ones I am looking at, I know the least about Turkey. Making an informed decision by finding out as much as I can. And, thanks for the response.

Hey guys, just wanted to know some opinions on who the best surgeons are in Turkey. More I look, more I find most of the clinics there seem to come across like "Hair Mills". But, I cannot deny some of the results I have seen on forums. Any help is greatly appreciated, as always. Z

I met with both Dr. Hasson and Dr. Wong a few months ago. Traveled to Vancouver from New York. Both are absolutely great in terms of listening to you, explaining the procedure, setting expectations, etc. Dr. Wong prefers these scalp exercises that seem to increase laxity and the amount of hair they can harvest. He showed me how to do these and advised me to continue to do these for few months, and then set up a skype call with him to see if i am ready for procedure. Not to mention, their staff is unbelievably helpful. Since coming back, i have been in touch with one of their patient advisors, Chris. Anytime i have a question or concern, i email him and it's replied back to promptly. i obviously can't speak to how good they are based on personal experience, but the results speak volumes. Rest assured, i know who i will trust with my precious few hair when time is right.

i have been told by a couple of guys. Dorin, and Bernstein. Maybe, i am the unlucky guy who never had a great donor site to begin with. then again, they both seemed very conservative.

I don't mind travel at all. Just want an idea if there are comparable surgeons in U.S, especially for someone with limited donor hair. Anyone can work wonders when there is abundance of donor hair. Norwood? probably 6. Got 2,300 grafts last time. FUT I have thin hair on front half i guess. nothing else on crown. Probably good 50% completely bald. I guess my choices are cover the crown and be thin all over, or get density on top. The consultant from H&W suggested the latter approach. I feel the same way. All depends on how dense they can get it.

Hi, i have had one surgery 5 years ago. So so results. Looking for second and last surgery. I am told i dont have a lot of donor hair left. Maybe 2,500. Keep hearing and hasson & wong and how good they are with getting the most out of donor hair. Had a consult with one of their guys in new york recently. I guess my question is, is it worth flying to Canada for H&W, or is there someone in U.S who can give me the best result with the limited donor supply? Thanks.
