my father had fuller hair at your age and ended up norwood 6/7 with late 50s now
if you want to be sure you need to consult a doctor who looks at your hair with a microscope
What age did they start balding?

Send you a dm. If you feel that you are loosing hair you should get on finasteride. You are definitely not a NW 4 with diffuse thinning. How old are you?
I'm 27 would you say there's a possibility of being a noorwood 5 plus in the future without meds?

Need y'all's opinions

Honestly your hair isn’t bad for your age, you have a good forelock it’s just the corners have some slight recession. Get on Finasteride or Dutasteride and find yourself a high quality surgeon and you’ll be good to go.
You probably don’t even need to use minoxidil to be honest.Sent you a dm

Keep in mind that I am not saying that the other physicians you mentioned are not qualified or good hair transplant doctors. I am just responding to your question about Dr. Hasson.

I'd place him at NW 3. Does he have any thinning on the crown? If he does then maybe NW 4 depending on how much thinning is there.
I'm not sure if he does but he def looks past a 2

At 11 months your hair should be looking more dense than this, you’ve decreased density for a low hairline which wasn’t a very wise choice. You should not go any lower your hairline is already very low, if you are going in for a second procedure you need to add more density to what you already have. Which clinic did you go to? Your surgeon should have never done this to you in the first place.
The name is dr saltzburg she doesn't work in my area no more I'm going to someone else this time

Pretty similar, mine was 6cm, you said yours was 5.9?
Yes

In my opinion, very low aggressive hairlines require very high density. A higher, more conservative hairline, can have lower density, and still look natural. But when it's very low and aggressive, these hairlines in nature tend to also be very dense. Low density, but perfectly straight and low on the forehead, the eye tells that something is off.
Yes I'm going to have a consult with someone and fill in more density would you say your hairline is similar height as mine? After the transplant

I think the height itself is not such a big problem because he is Asian, but the straightness of the hairline is
My goal was a straight hairline like what African Americans usually have

At less than 6cm’s from the glabella you certainly do not want to lower your hairline. You want a mature hairline you can grow into , not out of, as you get older.
Would you consider the hairline they drew on me a juvenile hairline?

Phillyman1996, want to give you my honest opinion. I think you suffer from BDD and need to see a psychiatrist rather than a hair transplant doctor. I am not saying this in a condescending manner but basing these off the threads you have made and the photos you have posted.
Your hairline right now does not look natural and terrible. Lowering it more will make it look worst.
What makes my transplant look terrible?

Why are you asking this having already had a HT? You should know the answer to this prior to having any surgery. You’re indicating quite clearly that you haven’t done any proper research.
Being honest with you, your current hairline doesn’t look very natural. Arguably too low (though this depends on your frontalis muscle), too linear, a little pluggy and low density.
Which surgeon did this work?
Dr saltzburg she's not on the recommended form list

I don’t think being asian changes how hair exits the scalp. It should exit the scalp at an angle. I want to be as sensitive as possible because I know this is a difficult subject. But I want to be honest with you, so you don’t make a mistake.
It should exit the scalp at an angle, not straight up.
I think it needs to be refined and possibly repositioned.
Do you see how his hairline is low but not completely straight, it has irregularities and curves.
Yea I'm going to consult with one of the doctors on the recommended form list possibly dr Blake bloxam he is 2 or 3 hours away from me and see what he thinks

If im being honest it doesn’t look too natural. It looks too straight no micro-irregularities or macro-irregularities. The priority should be getting the hairline to look natural. Also, are you combing your hair upwards or is that the angle the hairs exit on your scalp?
My hairline sticks straight out cuz I'm asian do you mean my hairline on the side should be more receded?
