If you have planned, or are planning, a hair transplant at Eugenix or any other clinic in India you might wanna cancel that.
India government has stopped handing out entry VISA's to their country for Canadians.

All right, I'll give you a somewhat detailed anwser as a person who has spent years researching hair loss.
Please stay away from oral minoxidil. Search for it's side effects- it can mess with your heart rhythm, there's a reason it comes with a big black warning label in EU. Stick to topical minox. If you're not responding to topical (40% or so dont do due to the absence or low availability of the sulfotransferase enzyme in the scalp) then add 0.1 or 0.5% tretenoin to your scalp directly by massaging it and leaving it for an extended period of time OR mix it daily into the minoxidil you use (dont mix it in the bottle, rather use a syringe with 1-2 ml of minox and add a dab of tretenoin. Another thing you can do is use 0.5mm dermaroller/microneedlie weekly OR 1 mm once every two weeks, OR 1.5mm once every month to improve minox absorption and to induce growth factors into your hair follicles.
add finasteride or dutasteride too- without it the gains you will get on minox will be temporary and sooner or later you will lose your hair
if you get sides with fin, power through it, IT WILL GO AWAY. Many just try it and quit it, dont do that. You will doubt yourself but dont quit fin and in 2,3 months time the sides will be gone. if the sides still persist, then get 0.5 mg rather than 1 mg fin. If you can get your hands on ru58841 or better yet pyrilutamide (be careful as many are fake selling it, will be available soon) then add it to your regiment.Sorry, but this is horrible advice.
RU58841 has not been approved by FDA for hair loss, and comes with even worse side-effects then oral MX.
And I would strongly suggest stopping FIN if/when your libido declines.
For some people libido never comes back to normal. Its called Post-finasteride syndrome.

You'll be fine for a short period of time.
I wouldnt go into the sun for more then an hour or two though

Looks pretty good. I would stick with oral MX if you can
Also you're an excellent candidate for any future transplants IMO

A good friend of mine took Fin back in 2009 and suffered from PFS and depression as a result. He never fully recovered.
It's the reason I will never take it
Your friend is not the only one.
There's a whole forum dedicated to guys suffering from PFS: https://forum.propeciahelp.com/
If you read some of their stories its quite depressing because many of them never snap out of it.
I was lucky that my PFS went away, but not everyone is so lucky

I don't want to come across as an @sshole, but how is it possible that someone goes to not just one, but several reputable clinics and gets botched in all of them? Clearly there's something wrong with that guy, the anomalies are too much.
I understand that every surgeon has botched cases, but what are the odds of going to not one but 3 very reputable clinics (Devroye, Konior, H&W) and get a botch from every one of them, and for different reasons. It's just too much. There are two possibilities here:
- He has the worst luck ever.
- He must be doing something wrong.
Not even going to argue about him editing the posts when questioned, creating multiple accounts or being banned here, which make him lose a lot of credibility.
His body could be rejecting the grafts, and if thats the case it doesnt matter which clinic he goes to

Wont affect your transplanted hair at all.
Happy growing 👍

Go with meds and hair fibres first

Agree with all posters, not time for a transplant yet.
Use drugs for now, and fibers also
-
LOL....you got way too much hair now, Melvin.
Give me some!! 😂

Dont drink alcohol either.
You can have so much excessive bleeding that the doctor might decide to halt the surgery.
And chances are he wont reimburse you either (since you didnt follow pre-surgery directions)
-
Dont.do.it
You will want to have a clear mind for the surgery.
You can still have fatigue and lingering ill feelings 2 days after taking MDMA or coke

Yes loniten is oral minoxidil. My dermatologist increased my dose from 2.5mg to 5mg a day. I don't feel that I have more hair but I definitely feel that my hair all over is thicker. 😊
This study says that even 1.25mg can be effective

Is it legal for that site to be selling medicine without a prescription??

At least the hair in OP's video grew, so its repairable.
Gonna cost him more money though

If it's truely a NW 7 then you are going to have to use a lot of body hair grafts.
True. But if OP is a newbie he might not even know about BHT, thats why I mentioned it

Dr. Umar has some really good ones, but he uses a lot of BHT

No PG in the oral version
Okay. I thought you meant topical.
I havent noticed any circles under my eyes, but I'll keep an eye out for it.
The only minor side-effect I have noticed is very slight water retention around my waist.
But its not bad enough for me to discontinue the product

I've read stories of min causing dark circles under eyes and wrinkling of skin. Thoughts?
Supposedly its the propylene glycol thats in MX that does this, not the drug itself

Look around the crown. Thats where most of the new hair grew

No, I actually grew quite a bit of hair with topical.
I just figured maybe I can grow even more from Loniten.
So far so good. And yes, hair greed is real 😈

Did Sylvester Stallone have a hair transplant??
I think he did. The front and top looks good, but I think he tapped out on available grafts and couldnt finish the crown.
Also looks like he uses Toppik at the back.
All in all a good transplant though IMO
