I really really don't want to do another surgeon and I was lead to believe Keller is elite. Look at peoples responses to him on here, baldtruthtalk and hairlosstalk. Everybody says he is a great doctor

is there any chance I don't see a significant improvement in next 6 months? even keller's worst surgery here was a 10 times more significant result than mine. Keller said he generally gets about a 90 to 98% yield on his grafts. Even a 60% yield for me would make a huge difference because of my incredibly thick donor area

keep in mind i have diffuse loss so he put a lot of grafts in between native hairs but I easily believe the 4K grafts. He took a big strip and my density on sides is insane

really? Can you post pre and after pics? This dude was way more bald than me and he looks like a thick NW1.5 now with about same amount of grafts to that dude has 10/10 donor and hair traits but I would say I do too so why am I not getting results similar to that? You can see in the original pics - my hair is every bit as thick as that and my donor density is absolutely supreme. I run my hands through my sides and it's like running my hand through the thickest rug you've ever felt in your life.

I've talked to the clinic it's an hour drive. I'm just procrastinating to go see them

there is no real solution other than another surgery but I don't want to do that. That surgery was a bitch. I might just shave my head at this point oh and hope and pray my results come in next 6 months...but for 6 month mark, my results are atrocious. My doctor promised me spectacular results based on my supreme donor traits and that I still have a good amount of native hair. I'm very very frustrated

multiple people have seen the post op pic - i just don't have it anymore dude Why would i make this story up? its obvious that I really like doctor keller and think he is a very nice man. Why would i attempt to destroy his reputation?

it's really hard to find results posted by patients for almost all doctors

I just looked up his last 50 transplants and the only ones who are mediocre are men who are heavily bald and/or have fine/thin hair show me his poor results on people with decent hair characteristics. His results on people with thick hair are spectacular Maybe I'm just a very late bloomer?

I've combed through all his results on men with wavy, ethnic hair and they're all excellent look at the one I just posted on that 60 year old near slick bald man who had total coverage with 3600 grafts I combed through koniors results and none of them were impressive in terms of getting any real density on men who are high norwood levels or even diffuse thinning 3s. Koniors talent is quality hairlines but that doesn't matter to me because of my curly hair

keller is recommended by all the main hair transplant websites and his results, in terms of density, are far better than Konior and at least as good as hassan and wong. Konior is better for artistic hairlines but I have curly hair so I don't give a shit about that look at kellers last 10 posted results here. They are all excellent except for maybe 1

i have a norwood 5 crown I'll show you pics of norwood 5s who are near slick bald up top who got decent overall coverage with 4000 grafts. I'm nowhere near slick bald up top and I have extremely thick hair and 90% of my 4000 grafts were 3s and 4s worth mentioning that I'm very healthy, workout and don't smoke. Should have zero problems in terms of blood flow

I had tons and tons and tons of pics on my phone. i deleted 90% of it as it was mostly garbage guys I've posted tons of threads about this surgery. Why would I make this up? last thing i want to do is hurt doctor keller's reputation. He is a VERY VERY nice man

doc told me he placed grafts all over - including about a 1000 grafts on the crown (around 3000-4000 hairs)

I looked at all of Konior's and Keller's work and Keller's work is much MUCH better in terms of overall density on heavily balding people Konior is only good at improving NW2 and 3s

I went to Richard Keller - a very well rated doctor online all of keller's surgeries on people with ethnic hair like mine produced 10/10 results ^^^^ that gentleman has same hair as me and is now a thick NW2

I don't know what to do I had 4000 grafts and 12 to 13K hairs transplanted, astronomical number for surgeries and my hair is around twice the thickness of white people. Literally this is like an 8000 graft 25K hair transplant for a white person and I'm seeing nothing
