  1. Dude I got 5 notifications from you with the same reply on 5 different threads. Im not turkish and I don't any relationships with any Turkish Drs but stop hating on the country and stop spamming all the threads with the same copied lines. Thanks!
  2. I was in the same hotel bro..I recognize the bed lol Happy growing
  3. Thanks DrJosephitis and gillenator! Yeah the family side on my mother is all class 7. I actually had 4450 grafts transplanted and atleast half of them in the frontal area (Check the below link) FUE 4450 (Including 200 in scar) Dr.Resul Yaman - Forum By and for Hair Loss Patients I also emailed the Dr and he said he saw realized that problem and we should start talking about this topic again 6 months from now when the growth starts Its funny that I have been on Meds all these years and Im still going to class 7. I realized though that after the Schock loss of my first failed HT my hairloss went straight from maybe class 4 or 5 to what it is now. The progression in the last 24 months is insane compared to the past 10 years. Thanks again for the comments
  4. Gents, So I had a transplant about 6 weeks ago and a lot of grafts were implanted in the vertex area but I realized that there is this lower area (inside red circle) that is receding only since last year. Now where do you see my hairline in the next five years knowing that I am 29 years old have been on meds(Minox and Fin) for the past 7 years ? Also will the transplanted area above cover this future "bold" patch? Thanks
  5. Thanks Mate..I really hope so! I have no idea how its gonna look later but i wish I can do that. The current length is not more than cut 3 anyway. This scar was the biggest problem to me the past 2 years, so im really happy so far. But I can confirm its 200 only
  6. Damnnn !! And I thought my 4450 FUE 3 weeks ago was a huge number of grafts
  7. Thanks Man! So far so good but Shock loss started at 2.5 weeks. Scar is bold now lol I panicked a lot until i found a trend all over my head and realized its the ugly wait period
  8. Hey man, So to sum up my experience: 1- I chose Dr Yaman based on two factors: Price and his results based on a lower grafts number 2- His assistant extracted some the grafts with him. I don't mind atm 3- The Service you will be getting pre and post OP from his "Social media" is the slowest and not the amazing 5 star experience people talk about 4- I honestly cared about the Dr and about his results not which hotel i stayed in, how quickly they reply to my emails etc. 5- He also implanted my big FUT scar for free and that was also way more important to me then previous factors 6- The communication with him and his assistants is terrible due to the non spoken English language so if your "social media" is not present you will be using sign language here is my thread FUE 4450 (Including 200 in scar) Dr.Resul Yaman - Forum By and for Hair Loss Patients
  9. You should check the results of all four and decide which one suits you more. If price is a factor then choose between Dr Yaman or Demirsoy. The price factor was important to me personally, I just had an FUE done by Dr Yaman 3 weeks ago. I cant recommend anything to you until I see growth
  10. Turkish Drs will always give you higher number
  11. Was not expecting Saline to be so effective on the wounds. Red skin almost gone
  12. Happening rn http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/183561-fue-4450-including-200-scar-dr-resul-yaman.html
  13. Thanks a lot Bill Thanks to this forum, the place where I got to learn about Dr Yaman I travelled 9 hours for this..Never thought I would do this one day
  14. Hi Sivy..I talked to Dr yaman about your case. They said Info@Resulyaman.com email is the one that is most active. Try this email and goodluck
  15. Does anyone know at which day post OP I can go get another tanning session to minimize the difference between the skin color and Red tone ?
  16. Scar at 3 days post OP closeup with FLASH Thanks David..I was sceptical all the time due to my first experience but the entire experience and the way he handled the scar situation was really nice @Sivy He did all the incisions but He did part of the extraction and the rest was carried out by Aly, his only assistant who is allowed to do so since he has 10 years experience extracting fue grafts. We got into a long discussion when they switched hands and they explained that to me.I was paranoid enough because of my first transplant experience and I was awake during the entire process to make sure that everything is going according to what I read earlier. I have to admit that Aly was very good, I didn't feel any pain and my head is not burning or swollen at day 3 so I think Im good. I don't have enough experience and therefore, I will have to wait for my results to confirm that everything is perfect.
  17. Hi Sivy28. A local Dr in Cairo member of the european Hair society..I did the transplant last night and you can follow the results here http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/183561-fue-4450-including-200-scar-dr-resul-yaman.html
  18. Hello, So I finally made it and did the operation last night. I will try to be as clear as I can, similar to the reviews I read on this forum which lead me to undergo the operation with Dr Yaman. Im 29 years old and had an FUT done 3 years ago by a well known local Dr. member of the european hair society but results were a disaster as you can see from the pics below. The operation left me with a big scar at the back of my head. **Due to complications at work, I asked the Dr to do the operation same day I arrive in Istanbul. Pre Operation: 1- Arrived Istanbul at 9 am. 2- Picked up at the airport by Dr Yaman's driver 3- Got dropped at the hotel and was told to wait for an hour to rest 4- Got picked up at 11:30 and was taken to the clinic to meet Dr Yaman 5- Spent about 45 mins discussing hairline with Dr Yaman, did blood tests, PRP samples and was ready for anesthesia by 1 pm Istanbul time. Operation: 1- Dr Yaman drew some points on the front head and finalized hairline which was more precise than the lines we discussed before operation. 2- He gave me local anaesthesia 3- He started making incisions (channels) for the transplanted hair all over my head 4- He and his team carried on the rest of the operation and switched between extracting and implementing the grafts in the incisions he already did. 5- The operation was done in 2 parts: Right/left side of the head, each (2000~2200) and for both sides all the hair extracted from the back was implemented at the same side but at the front. I was given a food and water in between the parts but I asked to carry on the 2nd part after 10 mins only since I barely felt any pain from the 1st part. 6- I was given a Vitamin/Pain killer combo serum at the end of the operation inside my veins and it seems effective as I dont feel any pain while writing this rn. The Scar: At the end on the operation Dr Yaman carried on the FUE in Scar part on his own. From incisions to implanting the hair. He was the only person in the room with me and I didn't need any extra Anesthesia as my head was numb as rock he extracted 200 more (100 each side) and implanted them into the scar. He told me he has a scar himself so he feels my pain and would prefer to do the entire process himself to fix it Post OP: I finished the everything including the scar around 8:50 pm which is very good since I started at 1 pm. I then had usual discussions with Dr and what to do and what not do. I came prepared with all the OTC painkillers i could get my hands on, Saline solutions, Emu oil(Thanks to spex guide) so i didn't take anything from last night. I will include clearer pics, especially the scar area after I remove the bandage. Its now about 15 hours since i finished the operation and i still didn't take any painkillers, just the serum thing they gave me. No pain so far.. Cheers
  19. Sorry about late replies guys.Yes, indeed emails are slow. Whatsapp Mohamed, Abdullah or Rasha; the 3 responsible for the clinic. Anyway, going back to the grafts number, he did quote more than any North American Dr but almost the same number of grafts like the other big 3 turkish Drs. turkish Drs seems to quote higher and usually manage to finish everything in one session. That being said, I have to admit that i was a bit worried that he quoted almost double what Rahal said he can extract but his results have been amazing. Hopefully everything turns out well. Im flying out tomorrow..Keep an eye on my pic updates Wish me luck..I was unlucky last time.
  20. Dear Forum members, First of all thank you much for the valuable info on this forum. I had a failed FUT in 2013 which left me with a big scar at the back of my head and was desperate to find a good Dr to perform a 2nd operation. I got to know Dr Resul from this forum and I found his results very impressive. Im excited for Saturday, given that I will be flying 9 hours to Istanbul but I hope it turns out well this time. Any recommendations ?
  21. Thanks Sl for the quick reply. Well I don't shave my head to hide it so Im not sure if this pic will help but all I can tell you is that 70-80% of the scar is thicker than the skin on the back of my head and it even got wider at the two wide edges 2-3 months after the operation. I went for another scar closure, it went fine for 3 months then it became worse as the pic shows. What will happen if I FUE this thick tissue at this stage?
  22. Dear Members, I had an FUT almost 2 years ago and the scar is still thicker than the skin of the back of my head. I was just wondering..will it ever be the same thickness like normal skin? Is it fine to do FUE in that thick scar tissue line? Thanks
