  1. Like some of the other people commenting have already mentioned you should go with the generic versions of the medications your doctor recommended since they're pretty cheap. If you're looking for natural ways to regrow hair then scalp massage, grape seed extract, selenium supplements, safflower oil, nettle root, and green tea can help. Especially green tea since it helps inhibit 5-alpha-reductase activity.
  2. Vitamins don't regrow hair from the root, but they do help your hair grow in a healthy manner. Some of the best vitamins for hair include biotin, beta sitosterol, biosil, and MSM.
  3. I agree with Lorenzo it will depend on various factors such as your donor density and hair characteristics how many grafts you will need.
  4. There are several supplements that can help speed up hair growth. The most popular ones are MSM and biotin. Flaxseed oil, L-Arginine, and silica are worth considering. Toco-8 is becoming very popular, as it was designed specifically for hair growth.
  5. I would have to strongly agree with HTsoon. It looks like an infection. I would go to a doctor as soon as possible get properly diagnosed. If it is folliculitis it's a good thing you caught it early before it gets worse. If you don't treat it soon it can get severe and cause permanent scarring.
  6. These pictures show some great results. I would love to see the end result. Amazing what washing and keeping the area clean can do.
  7. The link you provided to your photos is broken. But from what you've told us I think Bill may be right. It sounds like you're experiencing genetic hair loss.
  8. Your grafts do look good. I'm surprised you didn't experience much pain during the surgery. I like the breakdown of the hair you provided.
  9. This is a great resource for top surgeons for FUE. I've been following Dr. Feller's work and I also like Dr. Rahal.
  10. How long did you try to use Rogaine? I've read that most treatments for hair loss including rogaine and propecia will require at least 3 months of consistent application to see noticeable results.
