    Hi lileli, We had an experience with an African American type of hair transplantation a few years ago but this kind of hair follicles are not suitable to extract with FUE tecnic. We recommend to use FUT tecnic for extremely curly hairs. Most of latin people have medium curly hairs and we realize hair transplantations without problem. Regards.

    Soryy for the late reply.It was the patient request because he was supposed to have another session but he was not sure about when he would have.That's why we wanted to have a natural view until getting the second one.When he comes for the second session we will focus on the back part and a little bit on front.
