My point was that there are many doctors who can do hair transplantation and the cost of such operation should not be high ,and i know for a fact that lets say turkish doctors perform hair transplantation on the same level as US doctors or higher ,but charge 2x ,3x less and that is a fact also

Thats BS.I can say from my own expirience : i was on finasteride (fin) for a year then i was off fin for 5 years now im on again for 4 years. It is true that when you start to take it your DHT goes down ,so your libido goes down too, thats logical. After some time your body adjust to some degree ,but in my case not to the pre finasteride level. So when i was off fin after a year of use my libido was crazy. Why ? Because when i was on fin my body was puzzled why DHT is so low and tried to bring it up , and the only way is to do it, to produce more testosterone (T). So when i was on fin ( and now) my T was/ is high. When i dropped fin, my T was still high and now my DHT was high too , so my libido was extremely high , after some time my body adjusted and everything was back to normal but on a high side i would say. Now i use fin again. Is it affects my libido ? I say yes. Is it affects it so much that i cant get an erection, when i need to ? No. People are different and drugs affect bodies differently. Some people can take fin without any visible sides, some people can crash their hormone production with fin. So do your home work, go to doc. check your hormone levels ,do research and try.

my hair started to grow after about 1,5 months after the operation , and i think at the month 5 any new growth stopped. At least in the front part i do not observe any new growth any more and i m at month 6 right now . So its all individual

since you have been on finasteride for so long , can you please share your feelings since you quit. I mean your DHT must be sky high now. Any changes in mood ,libido ? I think DHT have a significant role in perception of life and world around you.

If it was for the dense packing then the hair wouldnt grow it the first place. What your friend should do is to start taking finasteride , then you will get the answer. Most likely those follicles were affected by dht Also this FUE vs. FUT is just not true. Funny to read about "the skin is brutally scarred throughout after FUE megasessions" when at the same time doc has no problems to do FUT megasessions which have the same effect on the recipient area.

don't do that. Based on my experience that would be a mistake. Extracting is not that hard,but too much work for the technicians so they will do mistakes .Also the trauma is too big ,plus dense packing in the front part at one procedure is not a good idea . The operation will take around 12 hours . So if i were you, do 2500-3000 grafts ,check how it goes , and in the future do another 1500-2000 . Also what i do not like is really dense packing of grafts in front area/hairline at one procedure that doctors like to do . In my view that reduce growth rate in that area.
