  1. Jimbo, Looking spot on, or bold spot gone in my opinion and lot more to come in the crown. Cheers Pma
  2. Hi stinger, Looking good mate and I'm confident you have more to come. Your question on growth is a really good one! As when the growth normally stops and when it's only maturing! I'd say growth upto 8-9 months and maturing 9th month onwards. Anyone else got opinions on this?
  3. Hi aady, He charges 6 euro for first 1000 4 euro second thousand and 2.5 euros for every graft after including future procedures. Yes I'm taking one fifth of finasteride every other day.
  4. Just to let you all know I sent my pictures to spex who forwarded them onto dr feller who came back to tell me my hair loss was way too advanced for fue and I would need two strips! Only through my research on this site I found dr lorenzo who informed me I could achieve coverage from fue procedures! All I can advise anyone is research research research don't rush into anything. For me fue was the only way to go I've got the option in the future of getting out of the battle by shaving down. Just had a hair cut today on the Sides and back down to a 1 grade one month after second procedure total 6152 grafts and absolutely no visual scarring in donor. This is key for me when this battle is over I will shave down!
  5. Thanks mav and jimbo, What brand spray did you use jimbo?
  6. Thanks David yes I will always keep my hat on, and sun cream as well better to be safe hey.
  7. Thanks Dave and ontop. Farmcat I believe it starts at about 55cm2 at hairline reducing as it goes back mid scalp around 45cm2 and then onto crown hopefully around 35cm2 obviously depending on how the second procedure grows!
  8. Hi guys, Can any one help advise, going on holiday six weeks after procedure and where I'm going has temperatures of 35+ so I'm a bit worried about protecting my new grafts, I will be wearing a hat most of the time but for those times when I will not can anyone recommend the best product to use on the scalp for sun screen? Cheers Pma
  9. Never attached sorry hopefully this time
  10. So I'm just a 4 days away from six months and here is what it looks like face on
  11. Cheers Pete yes all seems to be covered just now the waiting game!!!
  12. Hi stinger, I spoke to dr lorenzo the day I left and asked home this he magnified an area on his computer and a counted a square cm it was 33cm2 so I feel this will give an ok coverage if it all grow!! Hi densedream If your area was smaller and you had 6000 grafts did they all grow??? For example let's say your crown was 100cm2 which is generous 6000 divided 100 would give you 60cm per cm2 if this was the case your crown should look like a great coverag! So I'm guessing your results have not lived upto what you thought is this correct?!!
  13. Thanks stinger and garageland, I will update every month as always Hi farmcat, yes all the area has been covered which is great, I suppose it's all going to be about density now, and only time will now tell how much density I will get, but I'm really happy to have coverage over two procedures on all bald areas! Cheers pma
  14. All looks really good. When it grows out it will look perfect! Please ignore busa's comments all he talks about is hairline, he has said in the past he is a higher nw himself! It would be quite funny to see if he ever had a transplant done he'd only have hair from his eyebrows to the top of his forehead then totally bald after that ???. Enjoy your new hair Maltese you chose one of the best in the world to do it!
  15. Hi hairweare, Thanks for your comments much apprieciated. Yes I hope in will be a very natural crown with reasonable density, just have to go on that 5-8 month journey again now! But I am happy I've seen it through both procedures, and hoping it will be a result of full coverage. You are now 6 months out now what percentage of growth would you say you are at now on your crown?
  16. Had my pictures through from dr lorenzo after second procedure This one is pre procedure
  17. Hey stinger, I wish more people would show more pics in different lighting it makes a huge difference! I can see progress month by month, keep positive your about where you should be and as long as each month you see improvement you will be where you want to be at 12 months.
  18. Busa what planet are you from!!! I sent my pictures at the beginning to dr feller (this was before I'd heard of dr lorenzo). Dr fellers reply was that being a nw 5 he would not even attempt fue on me because it would not be possible to get a result. After meeting with dr lorenzo he assured me he could fix me up with two fue procedures, and this is what he has done. All I can say is please do your homework and have a look at dr lorenzos results on his web page different league is all I can say, so as for you busa making those comment please have something to back them up as some of the stuff you say is pure crap!
  19. Hi Maltese, Everything looks really good how many grafts did you have this time around? The healing of your donor and recipient looks excellent! Is this because you didn't have as many grafts this time in your opinion? Cheers Pma
  20. Thanks guys home now! Airport was fine but when back in the uk got stopped with my bag as I went through she started asking me question of where I've been and why, (must have looked dodgy!)so I thought what the hell so I told her the truth and then instead of checking my bag she asked if I minded taking my hat of and showing her, and ended up having a long chat about the procedure and how great she thought it looked and then set me on my way not even checking my luggage! So a bit of fun at the airport hey! ? So I'm 4 post now and feeling a little itchy in the donor and flakey, exactly the same as my first procedure. So all as expected.
  21. Hey guys, Here I am sat in Madrid in my hotel 2 days after my second procedure! All went really well. Dr lorenzo said we would aim for 2500 grafts but after a two day procedure he managed to get 2951 grafts all have gone into my crown as let's be honest it was a large bald crown ?. All joking aside I was very lucky as dr lorenzo done all bar 100 of the extractions and all the implanting, he also commented on how well my growth looked at the front for five months. I have been happy both visits now in Madrid and dr lorenzo and his team have treated me very well. Won't go into to much detail about the procedure apart from I had 1201 on the first day and 1750 the second day, he'sanaged to put some grafts into where my crown dips at the back as well. He has mentioned from the start to get good coverage in my crown will be hard due to having not much hair back there I'm the beginning so I'm aware it will not be as thick as the front but I will be pleased if my shiny crown does have an average coverage on it, he thinks I have about another 2000 left before I max out my donor, but it's time now to have 18 months for my head to rest and grow and see the final result! Anyhow that me for now I'll update pictures when I get them from dr lorenzo. Any questions please ask. Cheers Pma
