I am going in early April to Dr,Feller Is anyone else having it done around these dates?

surely if you colour your hair 1 week before op you will not need to do it again for 8 weeks? what is the time span of colouring hair before surgery?

Cheers everyone first time on a forum so wasn sure what could be said and what not but I am learning!!lol

cheers/flights booked for the day before so will have to stock up on pain killers...lol

I am having a procedure done with Dr,Feller in April ,2000 in hairline I will be in New York for a week so will have 5 days after the op..! How sore/red/etc will I be as I really want to explore the city.. Also what is the best thing to cover head with.. any help would be great!

Here we go again.I am being called a liar by this guy and its totally out of order and unfair.. please read my thread on a questioned I asked under " honesty"

Firstly I am amazed you calling me a liar as I am here looking for advice!!!! I will not be putting up photos as I am too self/conscience with having my pictures on the forum,I have notice that a lot of people dont put photos up/once I have the procedure done I will talk to Dr,Feller about putting photos up with my face blanked out(I will decide then) The reason I have not mentioned the Dr was because I was not sure if I was going to spend the money and have it done with him as I have researched him fully and he is very good or if I was going to go abroad for the procedure!I did not want him to be reading here that I mentioned his name etc!! Anyways the doctor is Dr ,Maurice Collins in Blackrock clinic ,County Dublin..Ireland. I would put up the link but I am not sure how,once you google you will see.. he charges 11 euro per graft but I got a quote last year of 10 euro so he stuck to that and was going to do 1500 hairs = 15000 euro... in dollars that is at todays rate 19,909 compared to Dr Fullers 8500 dollars for 2000 hairs I had a date with Dr Collins and its been cancelled/I have my appointment details here if anyone wants to see it/email me and i will sent it to you... I am a grown man but I would be a little concerned of young kids coming on here looking for help/advise and then being attacked/bullied ,as this does not help anyone I do not like to be called LIAR/IGNORANT so I hope this clarify things...

I am booked wirth Dr.Fellerr for April and I rang the first day and spoke to Marcia and she put me in touch with Spex would help people in Europe.. I have to admit all emails/phone calls were answered straight away (even at all hours at night) Marcia was very helpful remembering me from previous phone calls also... good work!!

i was going to wear a wool hat but sow a sof cotton lining on the inside(well to be honet my sister was) is this ok/possible I want to enjoy new york for the following 5 days and dont want to feel paranoid! any ideas

I will be having the procedure on the 3 rd April and fly home from New York to Ireland on the 8th... Thats 5 days/Is that ok... Honestly how bad is the recovery/pain/swelling does the area have to be shaved.. sorry for random questions in your post!!!

sorry I did make a mistake with price... American 2000 = 8500 (6600 euro) Ireland 1500 = 19800 (15000 euro)

I have a consultataion over the phone and email with dr Feller as he is getting the most positive responses... I definitely want it done and he can fit me in for April.. 2000 graft for 8500 conmpared to 1500 for 17,500 which is the quote i got here. I think I have ask all questions but if anyone has more advise that would be GREAT!! again thanks for everyones help.. hopefully all this research will pay off

I am from Ireland and am booked to have a procedure with the best here but he is so expensive! Can everyonr be HONEST and tell me where is the best and most cost effectiev doctors in the world as I am prepared to travel. everytime I read that a doctor is good i review them and they come up here as not so good.. Please tell me where to go.. thanks ..
